Cheap kids coats in Black Friday sales?

Does anyone know if there are certain stores that offer BF discounts on kids coats that bring them down to lower than $15?  I know that is probably impossible, but usually Kohls, JC Penny and The Childrens Place have their winter puffers with coupon codes down to about $15-$20, but wondering if anyone goes lower than that?  My neighbor does a "Luke 3:11" trailer that goes to various towns and parks and gives out winter coats/boots to people in need.  I would like to find some great deals on kids coats that he is running low on in his trailer.  Obviously, the cheaper the deal I find the more I can buy for him.

Not Black Friday/this year but keep an eye out after Christmas when they start switching to spring. I've seen kids coats go as low as $5 at Walmart in-store clearance and $10ish online.
