Kanyon71 Posted September 4, 2024 Posted September 4, 2024 My wife and I were in Walmart in early August and they were already putting out fall scents. I was like it’s too early for this. Fast forward to a few days ago, they had out the same fall scents and a few of the winter ones and I was somehow now ok with these scents being there and we may or may not have actually bought a hand soap for our bathroom. 1 3
Gator Pam Posted September 4, 2024 Posted September 4, 2024 I believe most countries of the world follow Meteorological Autumn, which starts on September 1st, rather than by Equinox. So, you’re in rhythm with most of the world.
ytmomof4 Posted September 4, 2024 Posted September 4, 2024 Yes now that the kids are back in school I want fall scents 1

Kanyon71 Posted September 5, 2024 Author Posted September 5, 2024 I don’t know what it is but a lot of that pumpkin spiced this and that just seems to give me heartburn nowadays.
HanShotFirst Posted September 6, 2024 Posted September 6, 2024 I love this time of year when everyone starts putting out their seasonal scents of whatever product you can think of. As of now, I'm on the hunt for holiday scented Dawn Powerwash. There's supposedly a Cranberry, Pine and Pumpkin spice. I can't do anything pumpkin scented because it gives me a massive headache, so It's cranberry and pine I'm looking for. I tend to enjoy the spiced cider/apple-y scents much more for fall. As for Christmas scents, I do enjoy most of the traditional Christmas scents, except for a Sugar Cookie scent. I don't know what it is about that scent in candles and other things. Too fake maybe? I do love to smell a good sugar cookie baking in the oven though. 1

Kanyon71 Posted September 8, 2024 Author Posted September 8, 2024 For Christmas my favorites are the pine/fir scented. Love the smell of a fresh Christmas tree 3
tinkrbel Posted September 9, 2024 Posted September 9, 2024 I'm partial to vanilla, pine or cinnamon scents. We had to stop using them last year as they were affecting my older pup but no issues this year. I did NOT know they did special scented dish stuff, my mom might enjoy that.

tracy0504 Posted October 1, 2024 Posted October 1, 2024 I love the holiday scents... I buy candles every season (too many most of the time) and couldn't wait for the Fall candles to come out so I can buy too many 1
packratfamily Posted October 27, 2024 Posted October 27, 2024 I have bought USA made candles from these folks before. https://santasnaturals.com/collections/shop-all

I always go to Michaels and get the scented pine comes too.
stewarta4 Posted November 3, 2024 Posted November 3, 2024 (edited) Not sure if this is allowed or not (feel free to remove if not) but I buy tons of scented wax, candles, and sprays from www.candlesbyvictoria.com - they are a small, family owned business...I've never found anything as good or as strong as their products. They are the sweetest family ever and we have actually ended up becoming friends with them over the years. Edited November 3, 2024 by stewarta4
