mgreen Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 I still don't know if there will be anything I will need from kohl's. I bought something not too long ago and was soooo disappointed they stopped curbside pick up! 2

speeddiva Posted October 9, 2022 Posted October 9, 2022 I still don't know if there will be anything I will need from kohl's. I bought something not too long ago and was soooo disappointed they stopped curbside pick up!I noticed that when I had a return a few weeks ago. All the curbside signs had covers over them. Now, there’s a row of bins in the back of the store where you claim your order. It’s an honor system that I can see having issues.
Brad Posted October 9, 2022 Author Posted October 9, 2022 Yeah they just didn't want to pay for the extra employees that worked curbside. Now they get you in the store and hope you'll see something on the way to the back of the store to buy. As for it being an honor system, I heard that any large or expensive items will still have to be picked up at customer service.

Its nuts
swamperjmb Posted October 20, 2022 Posted October 20, 2022 Coming from an employee of 18 years, these past few years have been rough on retail. We were delighted when they stopped curbside pickup because we are so short staffed. The few employess that show up every day are stretched very thin. Please be kind to the staff, we do try our best to take care of our customers. Oh, and don't forget your throws! 3

While I’m sad (for my own selfish reasons) that curbside pickup has ended I completely understand why the decision was made. I love my Kohls store and all the employees there are so nice. I hope things start to turn around for you guys soon! And I cannot buy another throw……I just cannot! That’s my motto anyway…..
tracy0504 Posted October 20, 2022 Posted October 20, 2022 Kohl's currently has their throws on sale for $9.99, now will it be at a better price during BF?!?! I know I don't NEED anymore throws... but my g'son loves Mickey and I get him a new Mickey throw every year and they're like Lays, can't buy just one, lol 1

Kohl’s returns are so easy (if you have a store close to you) that if they do go lower and you can still get Mickey by BF you can always return the $9.99 one. They really do have some cute Disney prints this year so I would get it now while you still can. The Disney ones are super popular at my store every year. 2

stina629 Posted October 25, 2022 Posted October 25, 2022 I feel like Kohl’s is always good for SOMETHING you might need at some point, which is why I pay attention to their sales. I use my kohl’s cash to get little odds and ends gifts, like socks and fun silly t-shirts and cute holiday items. 1
