How about buying the OEM 6.0 from here and then buying an upgrade from here .

I believe the rebate excludes OEM products, but I don't have acrobat installed so I can't be sure.

 

The OEM version also requires that you purchase hardware, which could kill that deal even if the hardware is just a cable or something.

When you go to Nero's buy page on my second link, it specifically says 49.99$ for upgrades to .... and it lists 6.0 OEM..

 

I am not sure about the rebate?? The $49.99 is based on what Nero posted on their site. As for needing to buy hardware.. I know you have to do it but I am 1 block from Computer Surplus store and they just sell them like it is.. No hardware.
