Guest bluesrule9
Got this today....Some (aparently many) of us signed up for this in March.... Thank you for your interest in the Mystery Solved Windows® licensing promotion. We've received your request for more information to help clarify Microsoft® Windows Desktop Licensing pre-loaded on the USB drive. Unfortunately, this Mystery Solved promotion was available in the U.S. only and while supplies last. Supply is depleted at this time, so we encourage you to please utilize the online alternative today. Thanks, Bill Sucks!

elsolo21
There are some longer threads on a couple of the other 'deal' sites and NO ONE received this (including me). Looks like a big scam or a major screw-up on Micro$oft's part! -Eric
mstacks
It was only a 16MB usb drive to start with, so it's not exactly a major loss. It's just that I hate to think that Microsoft is resorting to scams now.
Rockfordmom
I don't get what the "scam" is? I got the same message and assumed that they ran out of the USB drives and at least emailed us back and told us that they were out, unlike companies that just don't send stuff out or notify you.
