sadinuel
I'm going to use in home as personal computer, I need the processor speed to be at least 256MB, 40gb, good graphic card. better if it have wireless technology. thanks for reply, my budget is 500-600. please someone give me advice
Mike
Those specs you listed should only cost you around $400-$500. If you're willing to go up to $600, you should be able to snag something decent with 512mb, 60-80gb HD with a Pentium M. I would watch for Dell deals. That will be your best bet. RossMAN
On the same subject, I too am looking for a new laptop. I'd like to know the differences between Windows XP Professional and Media Center versions.First of all to the forums :) Windows MCE 2005 is based on XP Home but adds video, audio, pictures and TV features. You can see the differences on Microsoft's web site MCE 2005 is fine for the average user: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/evaluation/compare.mspx

Marcster
That's a heck of a deal, Ross! The only thing that I would point out is that it doesn't have a built in DVD-burner, just a CD-burner. This may or may not matter to sadinuel. Sadinuel could always add a external DVD-burner if that became an issue... And, that doesn't say if it has wireless internet or not. Oh, and sadinuel, Welcome to GottaDeal!
