I picked up the Acer ar Target this morning. It is black, has Window 7 Starter 32- bit (not XP) and a 3 - cell battery (not 6 cell). I think the Walmart unit also said 3- cell battery.

You would think that on such a big promotion the ad would have been "proofread" upteen times...or is that just wishful thinking? HP did the same thing to me 2 weeks ago...

On the same subject, I too am looking for a new laptop. I'd like to know the differences between Windows XP Professional and Media Center versions.
