Does Dell usually have many of the online limited quantity doorbusters?

I almost always get one of the Dell door busters and they sell out in a flash.  One year, maybe it was last year, they refreshed their stock and it too was gone before you could even process that thought and hit click.

Now if you want some of the pricier stuff then you can get it but the laptop door buster and things like that?  Prepare for a backup plan.  Like for example the next day they have a laptop for $229 which is significantly more than the $149 doorbuster but also remember the door buster is  not much more than a tablet - it comes with no CD/DVD drive it is totally stripped down.

I made that mistake one year when I could have grabbed something a bit more functional but I didn't realize that a DVD drive is not standard anymore.

One year I missed the laptop deal and got one at Office Max for just about $30 more but at least I could put it in my cart and check out.

So frustrating!

Today I went ahead and ordered a Dell outlet deal.  At 30% off it was the same price as the doorbuster I was going to try to get.  I selected a new in the box item, but if you are willing to get scratch and dent or certified refurbished  you can really score a great deal.

I hope I made the right choice to grab this deal, because now I know iti s on the way and I don't have to scramble for it, but I will still be trying for some of the other doorbusters Dell has.

Well I was online in plenty of time to snag the XBox one bundle, but the price never changed.  I was able to get the $149 laptop and I settled for a not quite as good but same price XBox one deal that sold out also at the time I was checking out so if I had waited I would have been out of luck.

I kept refreshing my computer and even got the XBox deal into my cart,  but at checkout the price was still $469.  I kept going back and then it kept telling me the deal was expired.   :insane:  :insane:

So anyway I haven't figured out how to make sure I snag these dell doorbusters, but I'm not totally unhappy.

At 7:59 I tried to get the Dell monitor and desktop and it wasn't live yet.  At 8:00 on the dot, I clicked get this deal and it awas already expired.  I'll keep refreshing for a while but I would say no, they don't have a lot of inventory for doorbusters :(

I got the Dell website and it said get this deal.  There was 400 available.  I pressed get this deal put all my info in and and clicked to but.  today I see my CC was charged 1500.  I called to complain and they said I didn't get the deal.  How can they do this?  Has this happened to anyone.  Is there a forum where you can put problems with BF deals?
