I was at the JC Penny in the Santa Anita mall here in Arcadia last night and they had a ton of stuff for cheap. I got a women's $50 fleece robe for only $7.06. Perhaps of most interest to people here, there were racks and racks of baby and kids clothes for under $5

Ooh, that means the Sears clearance isn't far behind. Thanks!

I hope so, I found some shoes for Hayden at sears last Sat also but they weren't on sale so I didn't get them.

Penny's tags are not always accurate. I bought bibs that rang up much less than they should have. The tag said $5.99 so they should have been about $2.60 but they rang up at $1.22. Some Penny's have price checkers.

This is so true! I went shopping this past Sunday and found lots of kids' winter clothes for CHEAP! Just in time for our ski trip. Girls turtlenecks for $2.26, fleece pullover for $5. Boys fleece pullover for under $4! Everything I found had further discounts off the price tags! A bit confusing but soo worth the hunt. :yay:

I agree. I thought I was getting a good deal on a clearance at Penney's and when I checked out, everything rang up .75 each! I went back after putting it in the car and bought alot more. I think this was last summer!

I went last Sat. found a man's polo(sp) shirt with my dsil's fav football team for 70% off. That's one birthday present. Also a real nice sweat shirt for 70% off. I'm watching other items that are only 25% now, hope I catch them @ 70%. It's to far to drive over once a wk or I would go every couple of days. :giggle:

Went to JCP on Friday. I spent $57 and saved $275!! Got all kids' stuff--fall/spring jackets for my son and pajamas and a coat for my daughter. Don't think anything was more than $5. :bunny:
