Sams, because its about 30 min. away. I had a membership to Costco for 2 yrs when it first opened about 1hr away. It was great but just didn't get to go enough @ that time for the cost of membership. Also BJ's is too far also. We were bad about filling up those carts also.

I went last Sat. found a man's polo(sp) shirt with my dsil's fav football team for 70% off. That's one birthday present. Also a real nice sweat shirt for 70% off. I'm watching other items that are only 25% now, hope I catch them @ 70%. It's to far to drive over once a wk or I would go every couple of days.

I'm going to Walgreens tomorrow to see how many bargains I can get with the coupons I have. I use coupons @ diff times but never alot, this yr I going to change that with help from Gottadeal.com. :gd_orange

My husband finally fixed the printer so I could print out the coupons. Now to see if my Target has the cokes. Does anyone know if they have caffeine free diet? I have to drink caffeine free but hubby drinks leaded(reg diet). Wish me luck, tomorrow I'm going on my first big coupon run. :gd_steeri

Went to the Movies right next to the mall where BBW is late this afternoon. :mad: I need to start reading this forum in AM instead of PM. We have the dgc for the weekend, so movies & out to eat is enough. Husband keeps them in the car while I run in if I know I need something, otherwise we don't stop. ;) Is their shipping high? Its a 40 min. drive both ways.

All I have close is the Old Navy Outlet Store. I went Wed. didn't find anything. They had clearance clothes in each section but were not even an addtl 30% off. There was 1 small rack in back with addtl 30% on little girl jackets. They even still had lots of winter stuff full price. :insane:

Checked my target & they didn't have any baby items on sale or clearance except a few winter clothes. :rant:

I was in one Saturday that was 75% off, it only had one item I really wanted. Will try to go back to my reg Hallmarks tomorrow. My problem is every store that I need to check is at least a 30 min. drive. I guess that's the problem with living so far out.

Went but didn't find anything. Christmas items long gone. Toys only 30% off.

I went to Walmart Sat. & it looked like a storm had pasted thru leaving a few small Christmas balls & small light sets. :( Then to the mall where I got some good 70% off Santa's & angels for gifts for family party on Sunday. :bounce_fl Today I made it to Walgreens was finally able to get 3 large rolls of wrapping paper for 75% off or $1.57. :yup:

We saw it last week. I though it made a great commercial, hope he made a bundle. :yup:

I returned 4 throws last friday to Walmart without the receipt. She did ask for my id but wasn't a hassle. When did they start giving gift cards instead of cash for returns or was this because of no receipt? I'll just use it for food this week.

Happy Brithday everyone!!! I don't have a birthday in Dec. but our wedding aniv(sp) was Dec. 23 so I know how you feel. Money was always to tight to buy each other a Christmas gift much less an anv gift. We always spent what we had on the kids & family. Plus its to close to Christmas to go on a trip. But my husband does take the 23rd off & we spend the day together going to movies, shopping & going out to eat. Next yr I think we will try to take a trip after Christmas. I can dream anyway.

Kayakmom......Congrats on your new KitchenAid Mixer. I've had one for several yrs and I love it. My husbands company gave them a lunch with gifts given away one day but he didn't win anything much less the kitchenaid mixer he knew I wanted. He offered to buy the mixer from the man who won it but even tho he wasn't married, he didn't want to sell. About a yr later the guy askes hubby if he still wants the mixer. Long story short.....hubby pays him $100.00 for my dream mixer which had been opened but I don't even think used. I purchased the grinder from Kohls on sale, use it to grind my own ground beef, ground round etc. My daughter got hers from Kohls on sale also.

Like Shopping Mom, I used my Kohls for the extra 15% off and have already paid it. The other shopping I did from BF till last Thur went on a CC with a zero balance. My husband received his bonus last Thursday, I've used my debit card (checking act) since, will pay off CC this week also. My problem will be the after Christmas & Jan. sales, hate to miss those bargains. :eyepoppin

I have the new one, snowman playing paino & singing. :) I got it on vacation, they never have enough here. Now I need to get the one with the dog, my family loves dogs. :clapping:
