Please do not close your browser or click any button during this process." This screen has been there at least 10 minutes. I don't want to mess anything up but should I back up and try again? Don't want the order placed twice either.Can you open a new browser and see if its pending in your bank account?Or if you got a confirmation email? I got one within 3-5 mins of placing my order. On 11/15 I ordered 4x6prints, 8x8 prints, 2 photobooks, and 7 ornaments. I received the first order complete from 10/31 and I received everything but my ornaments from the 11/15 order. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. (For photo book orders, it takes extra 2-4 business days for production.) The transit time takes about 6 - 10 business days for most orders for all USA, Canada and other International orders. I ordered it on a weekend and Thanksgiving was thrown in there too. Today is the 10th business day. I ordered prints from them before without any problems. The order comes from Hong Kong, plus it was a really good deal so I expect it might take a little longer if they were swamped with orders. The first time I ordered from Artscow my c.c. company put a freeze on my account because the charge originated from Hong Kong and it raised a red flag. I emailed the company and received the same response as previous posts, but today I received an email from artscow: "We have shipped your order!" The actual ship date is listed as TODAY!! Got an email from them also a week ago saying it was shipped and I would have it by Christmas also. But no mention of them saying they can track it. I really am concerned if it will ever show up. Others have ordered after me and have gotten theirs already. I also ordered 2 calendars. Guess that will be a shot in the dark also of getting them by Christmas. I ordered mine on 10/31 and just got them today (12/3) They are nice- gonna make great stocking stuffers for a buck!!
