len_mullen Posted October 18, 2013 Posted October 18, 2013 (edited) At work today, we were talking about BF and what the Friday after Thanksgiving was like when we were kids. We started remembering favorite toys. What toys from your youth would you love to see in a 2013 BF flyer? I'll start... - Johnny Lightning Race Track - Rockem Sockem Robots (the good ones, not the knockoffs) - Colorforms - Silly Sand - Creepy Crawlers - Model trains Age: 51 Edited October 18, 2013 by len_mullen

BFQueenofNY Posted October 19, 2013 Posted October 19, 2013 I would love to see a LEGO Death Star on a BF sale. My son would be the happiest child on earth.

flyjar Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Spirograph!Age 43 Seconded I'm hoping the Wii U will be on sale this year. $299 is too much to pay!Not what the original poster was originally looking for, but the title is a bit misleading. Mine: StompersTyco race trackM.A.S.Kzipcord motorcycle - it had a metal rear wheel and a plastic front wheel and a plastic guy on it that you could pose in different positions
msomnipotent Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 Anything Evel Knievel!!!!! I wish I kept my toys! And I second the chemistry set. I made gallons of India ink with mine and my sister ruined the pool table mixing my chemicals together. Happy times!
Bopeep Posted October 22, 2013 Posted October 22, 2013 zipcord motorcycle - it had a metal rear wheel and a plastic front wheel and a plastic guy on it that you could pose in different positions I remember those. I wonder if they can still be found anywhere, that would be fun with the grandson. My wishlist: Barbie DreamhouseHandheld electronic football game. It was just little red dots on a little bitty screen, but I probably played that thing for more hours than my kids have played with the most expensive of their game consoles .

len_mullen Posted October 25, 2013 Author Posted October 25, 2013 zipcord motorcycle - it had a metal rear wheel and a plastic front wheel and a plastic guy on it that you could pose in different positionsGreat memory. I had these. I also had a car that had a paper 'program' that directed its movements. You notched this cardboard strip then inserted it into the car and let the car run. The notches would steer the car. Lots of fun.
Crimsynrayne Posted October 27, 2013 Posted October 27, 2013 My favorites: Rainbow BriteShe-Ra/He-Man figuresTamagotchisMy Cabbage Patch Kid *named Beulah Buttwinkle by the company, lol* There's a TON more that I cannot think of right now. I am an only child, and was pretty spoiled in the 80s and 90s. I am 34.
