Reminds me of Wet and Wild brand. I use the nail polish from those brands. But I stick with my Revlon for everything else. I would have tried a few of their items, but the colors left are too dark for my skin tone

Reviews say it's a new brand to be sold in discount stores in February, created by Justin Allen who produces private label apparel for Target. Claims no animal testing, natural ingredients, and they contribute to women's health charities Lupus & Breast Cancer. I'll try it when they restock the mascara and cheek blush - for what I spend on cosmetics this is a steal.

i saw elf cosmetics on this program called stripped on the style chanel, and they talked about elf cosmetics being one dollar which will be their price and aparently the quality is good. some of the celebrities are also using it. thats what it said in the program.

Target has this brand (YMMV) - it is in the bins with the travel size stuff. The lip stuff is pretty good, but the eye shadows don't last on (at least on me). Didn't like the eye pencils, but that is also just personal preference. For a buck it is worth trying.

I love the lip gloss, there are two colors that work pretty well for me. I get mine from Target; as another poster already mentioned, it's in the bins with the trial sized products. It feels tingly, like blistex, and it feels like it's conditioning my lips, but it has a great texture and adds nice, subtle color to my lips. It's my everyday gloss that I wear to work. I haven't tried the shadows or anything else.

Good to know they carry this brand at Target as was looking for some inexpensive makeup for my 14 year old niece.
