jenzshoppin Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 On the ad scan it is really fuzzy and cannot tell what the regular price is. It says it is Foodsaver 325, but I cannot find that model on the internet to find the price. I am looking for a gift for my mom who's b-day is 11/21. She wants a Foodsaver and I only want to spend around $50.00!!
sigrist_2000 Posted November 21, 2005 Posted November 21, 2005 i would assume its 25% to 50% off regular price
kalle1212 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 they are usually alot of money. Like 100 bucks so if you can get it for fifty go for it. And it will save you money in the long run.
pampam Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I just discovered via e-mail that Kohl's has joined the smart merchants who are releasing ads early. Info from clicking the link to the FoodSaver in their ad: FoodSaver® Vac 325 Food Sealer sale $58.82 Final price $49.99 Orig. $99.99 (Kohl's tends to have unrealistic "before" prices.) EARLY BIRD SPECIALS available 5am-1pm Friday, November 25 only. They're also giving out $10 in Kohls Cash for every $50 you spend in the store Friday and Saturday.
happyrat Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Just a thought since gift cards are considered "cash" when used. Could someone buy that foodsaver for $50, get a gift card, and return it. Rebuy it, get another gift card and then return it ... Do it 5 times and its free.
mulchman22 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Kohls has a food vac for 39.99 Wednesday thats reg. 99.99 you may want to check this
jenzshoppin Posted November 22, 2005 Author Posted November 22, 2005 Thanks mulchman and pampam. This is a gift for my mom. I am not sure if she would be happy with the mini since it does not seal the gallon size bags. Her b-day was Monday and I really wanted to give this to her on Thanksgiving. She lives about 1 1/2 hours away. I'll have to talk to her and see which one she would like.
RossMAN Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 the 325 runs~ 59.99Thanks, I guess a $10 savings isn't that significant. $40 yes but not $10.
