imjustagirl
I went into TRU today to PM something from Target. They said they no longer PM Since WHEN!?! I know last year other people had problems with TRU and Kmart not PMing. I had no problem at TRU, and while Kmart SAID they wouldn't do it, after I pointed out the big sign that said they DID PM, they did it for me (the sign was covered in black tape the next time I went in ). Anyways, is this new? Was my store just being nice PMing for so long? What stores (that carry toys and/or CDs/DVDs) STILL PM? Is Walmart the only one left? threelittlecupcakes
My TRU in MN said they won't PM and Walmart stopped price matching. I checked at Walmart and they still price match. Shopko PM for me Sat. Less and less seem to be doing it though.
shopping mom
I asked the manager at our TRU about price matching and she said that the company had been bought and they were told to no longer price match.
ReillyCheyenne
We stopped PMing last year at BF. It was not because we were bought by another company. They said we would start comparing prices with other stores and start being more competive from corporate when they were setting prices
AndreaInNC
If you look in the tiny print in their BF ad, it will say that they will not be PMing. They will however, match their own prices if you buy something early and it goes on sale later. It was like this last year at TRU as well. They had signs at all the registers that said they will not be PMing.
