I just tried to activate the cell phone( A Brand New one) and the MEID is already linked to another account and that account is in Michigan and I live in Central Florida!!!!!! How is that even possible? I called Boost Mobile and try to say I live in Michigan and when I got to try to change the number they still give me Michigan numbers and then finally got a Jacksonville Fl number . lol Going to go to Walmart tonight and see what they will do. gatorburg Posted November 25, 2012 Author Share Posted November 25, 2012 Just to let everyone know the lady at Walmart said it could of been a used cell phone that Walmart reboxed as a brand new cell phone. The lady was telling they send some electronics off to a company that repackages the items to be sold as brand new again. So is there any way to know what you buy is really brand new?
