cab0ad
I want to price match Targets xbox 1600 point card for $10 (regular 19.99). Targets ad shows a white card with green items on it. I went to walmart and the 1600 point card just looks a bit different. It is white with a green wave on it. Will they still price match the card for $10 since the only difference is the picture on the card? both walmart and target have the same regular price on the card. just a different picture. HappyHolidays
I would think so. Great deal! Think you can purchase multiple cards at that price or only one? What time is the target price good for? Doorbuster or all day?
bluebear
I would think you would, points are points. What page of the Walmart ad is it on? I can't find it. Thanks for posting this, I had completely missed this in the Target ad. We go through some serious Points here at my house. HappyHolidays: It is in the sale that starts at 9pm. It will run all weekend. I have had hit and miss with stuff like this (iTunes) at Target. Sometimes I can find them later, sometimes they are gone in an hour. I would go ahead and go see where they keep them. I have already gone and found where the iTunes cards are. And don't forget to check the check lanes. I know they have Live Memberships there, don't remember about points. And speaking of Live, I see that Target has 3-month cards for $10 this week, starting today, which is cheaper than Wal-mart's BF price.
DaFees
WalMart should have no problems price matching that particular deal (and I hope to do so myself). There is a slight issue though that EVERYONE on another forum (cheapassgamer.com) are getting worried over. If you look at the scan of the print ad it does show the 1600 MS points card for $9.99 HOWEVER if you go to Target's website and look at the ad there it shows the 3 months of Xbox Live cards for $9.99 instead. So many who wanted to get the deal online are out of luck and more to the point many fear that the print ads might have been updated to reflect the website, but as I tried to say over there that if the print ads WEREN'T updated then you'll be fine. I went through their ad and didn't see anything. Online price for the 3-month is 18.99 right now.

It is listed on the online BF ad. No points, just like the PP said. Hope it still is in store!
bargaindvdshopper
Just remember with Target the iTunes cards are the specific COLOR and PICTURE that are in the ad, no other ones are on sale to prevent people from stashing them away in advance.
