billcsho Posted November 28, 2012 Share Posted November 28, 2012 Does anyone have the rebate forms for Bella and Black & Decker small appliance? I purchase them online on 11/22 but the form they have now is only for 11/23-11/25. They have the same issue in the past too and they never try to fix that.
