I stayed awake until midnight EST but finally conked out.

Woke up at 4:30;checked that Roku and it was at the sale price; added it to my cart and checked out.

Got the confirmation email but I'm nervous about a cancellation so I will try to get one at Meijer tomorrow (the same price: $59.99 for XD) to be on the safe side.

Off to a good start!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING GOTTADEAL FRIENDS!

You can get it at the same price w/ FS direct from Roku Roku Black Friday Deals

big PITA for me.....had 4 items in cart (all sold via BB, not the market place) --- and 3 of the 4 wanted to charge me $3.50 shipping.

Had to call Cust Service and had the S L O W E S T person ever. Took her about 15 mins to re-do my order and waive the shipping charge.

At least I got it placed.

In case nobody else has posted this... the Samsung 55" TV advertised as a 120 Hz TV is actually a 240 Hz... great deal at $799

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Samsung+-+55%26%2334%3B+Class+(54-5/8%26%2334%3B+Diag.)+-+LED+-+1080p+-+120Hz+-+HDTV/6846823.p?id=1218809154532&skuId=6846823

When reading the spec's on this TV, there were some Q&A's and here is what the answer was about the 120 vs to the 240......http://reviews.bestbuy.com/answers/3545mha/content/popup.htm?bvpage=http%3A%2F%2Freviews.bestbuy.com%2Fanswers%2F3545mha%2Fproduct%2F6846823%2Fquestions.htm%3Fformat%3Dembedded%26sort%3Dhelpfula%26dir%3Ddesc

I'm sorry for the confusion, but the UN55EH6001 actually offers a 120Hz panel with a Clear Motion Rate of 240. CMR is Samsung's more comprehensive and accurate measure for TV motion clarity. As a company, Samsung does not feel that the Hz of a panel alone is a completely accurate measure of the motion quality that can be produced by the Samsung LED TVs. Thus, Samsung uses three key points to help produce world-class motion clarity:

* Panel refresh rate: Samsung's screen refresh rate significantly improves motion detail and resolution by sampling the image more frequently, leading to smoother, more fluid movement.

* Image processor: Samsung's proprietary image processing technology is faster and more responsive than conventional image processors, as it interpolates intermediate frames to smooth out the image.

* Backlight technology: Samsung's backlight regulates output precisely in synchronization with the screen refresh to lessen the time it is lit, reducing ghosting and motion blur.

The Clear Motion Rate represents all of these features working in harmony to produce stunning motion clarity. Please note, the CMR rating is not a refresh rate. This means that the CMR of this set is 240, but it does not mean that it supports 240Hz.

so in actuality, it is not really a 240.

It's a great deal either way. I purchased this online last night but have to wait until 12/2 for delivery. Now it's showing available for store pickup in all stores located around me. I wish I would have waited until today to order!
