What does the 20% off flash sale mean? only specific items get the additional 20% off... or the whole store?

The whole store. I didn't know they had it online. Will have to check that out as I usually can't find my girl's sizes and hate driving all over town....I think the flash part just means for a short time they are doing the extra 20 on top of the extra 40. I do know you can't combine the fun cards with the additional 40 off. It's either or.
