bribri25
Congrats! From what I remember, it was hardly crowded at all but I don't remember there being anything extremely to-die-for in the ad. I think it's all going to depend on whether your babies r us is its own store from TRU. If they are a separate store, you have a much better chance of getting through easier. The babies r us sale usually doesn't start til a normal morning time (like 7 or 8) so im not sure how they handle it where the two stores are in the same location. It all depends on what you're looking for. Keep an eye on Amazon through the holidays. There are all kinds of random lightning deals.
Elmck
The big box of diapers (their brand) is usually $10.00. We bought a bunch last year for DGD and DD is expecting again in March. We plan to get a variety of sizes. Plus if you have a rewards card it adds to that as well. I think if you put them on you registry then if someone else buys them you get the rewards as well as the person buying them too.
Bectoria
Yeah, it's not crowded at all at BRU. No lines right at open or anything. Most of the items I want at TRU tend to be among the few toys BRU also carries (the ad will specify).
samisma
I shopped BRU in 2006 and scored on the diaper deal, filling 3 carts and being one of the only people in the store shopping. Last year I also took advantage of the diaper deal - but you are better off shopping it online. In 2006 there was no limit on the amount of boxes you bought in store, but in 2011 they limited it to 4 per customer and they sold out quickly. I was very disappointed when we got home, but when I went online I found they had the same deal ($10/box) with NO limit. I ended up buy 4 of the NB, 4 of the size 1s, and 4 of the size 2s. Last year they also had a deal on the ready-to-feed nursers that are normally $10/case. I believe they were $5/case. I know I bought 3 cases in store of the gerber good start in the single feed glass bottles. Long story short - that is one store that it is more convenient to shop online. You could do it while you're waiting in line at another store if you've one of those "fancy" phones (which I don't, mine is old enough to be in a museum). I would check out last years ad scan, as it hasn't changed much year to year. I know that I'll be taking advantage of the diaper deal again this year, but this time going for some larger sizes! Jen8112
Looks like Pampers are only $10 OFF and the value packs of Good Starts formula is only $1 OFF. Figures, since I'm 9 months prego and could really use these! Lol Sent from my iPhone using GottaDeal
samisma
Don't be blinded by name brand. They have their storebrand diapers on sale for $10 per box. Both of my kids were very allergic to the pampers. The storebrand diapers have been great from BRU/TRU.
