First they email me the "fine print" from the postcard. OK, I already read that--why isn't the code working? Then they email me saying the stuff must come from the Big Fall and Winter or Christmas catalogs. OK, I say, but I'm ordering online, not from a catalog so how am I supposed to know that the pj's and sweatpants I want are not from the Big Fall and Winter or Christmas catalogs.
