laffnatu Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 I remember the used underwear auctions. Didn't eBay ban those? They would also sell dirty socks on ebay. Pictures included the girl wearing the socks.
blakes_mommy Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 How crappy is that? It is things and people like this that bother me the most... ERGHHH!!
motoXmom Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 I just asked them a question. Let's see if they answer it or even post it to the auction.
motoXmom Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 Um speaking of ebay auctions...but WTF is this? LMAO http://cgi.ebay.com/Please-help-this-lil-FISH-WHMM_W0QQitemZ5632607301QQcategoryZ1469QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem And bidding is at $107.50 to boot! OMGosh I'm laughing my butt off At least this person is having a little fun in life and it's clearly stated what they are getting! Gotta give 'em that!
heavenlysshine Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 I don't know! There are stranger auctions than this fish one that people have actually PAID for! There is some company, and no I can not remember the name, that bids on strange auctions and wins them and pays for them as advertising for their company. They are on the news a lot, I do know that. ~H~
best4less Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 I don't know! There are stranger auctions than this fish one that people have actually PAID for! There is some company, and no I can not remember the name, that bids on strange auctions and wins them and pays for them as advertising for their company. They are on the news a lot, I do know that. ~H~ Yeah, I forget the name of the place too but I believe they are an online casino company or something?
heavenlysshine Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 If you are referring to the scans auction, who knows! But, if you are referring to the fish auction, then I bet they will because there are already over 30 questions that he has answered and posted. ~H~ I just asked them a question. Let's see if they answer it or even post it to the auction.
heavenlysshine Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 Yes! That's it! I knew I wasn't losing it....YET. ~H~ Yeah, I forget the name of the place too but I believe they are an online casino company or something?
cherry33778 Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 Do these people actually have a life? I mean who in their right mind would take the time out of their busy day to do this?
heavenlysshine Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 People also post themselves, or friends on eBay for dates! I heard about this and checked it out and it is totally true. I pick on a friend all the time and tell him I am going to do that to him. ~H~
madbeaver Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 i sent a email to the one bidder telling them "this bidder has illegally taken and profiting from a horriably doctored add from the gottadeal website that provides many Day after thanksgiving adds for free." i told them to feel free to vist the forums and hope they have a great black friday.
motoXmom Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 If you are referring to the scans auction, who knows! But, if you are referring to the fish auction, then I bet they will because there are already over 30 questions that he has answered and posted. ~H~ Oh no sorry I meant the one for the BF ad scans.

Jenniferharrison82 Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 I think the key is: Don't do drugs.absolutely
treasure60 Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 I just hope that nobody is crazy enough to bid on it.
ShawnainKY02 Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 I just asked them "Is this ad going to have www.gottadeal.com removed or will it be the orignial from the web site?" Lets see what their reply will be. :gd_shake: Go nellyhill! I was going to do the same thing! LMAO!
snikerfitz Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 Remind me not to bid on anything from this guy what a crook LOL
ShawnainKY02 Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 Um speaking of ebay auctions...but WTF is this? LMAO http://cgi.ebay.com/Please-help-this-lil-FISH-WHMM_W0QQitemZ5632607301QQcategoryZ1469QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem And bidding is at $107.50 to boot! OHHHH MYYY GOSSHHHH!! How crazy! Maybe I should start selling pics of fish! If I can get $107.50 a piece I could make a killing!! Just kidding. But who would be nuts enough to do it?
jpeyton Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 You know what I would do in a purely hypothetical situation? Register new eBay account. Bid. Win. Of course, I in no way would condone placing a bid on these items without intending to pay. That would be wrong (just like selling GottaDeal's ads is wrong:)).
ShawnainKY02 Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 There was an auction on e-bay a while back for a possessed Stitch (from Lilo & Stitch) toy. It went like $1000 or something. It was crazy!!
Mommie2one Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 Never seen that before! Over 320 people have checked out the auction too
jason Posted November 13, 2005 Posted November 13, 2005 i would want the ads so badly that i probably would have bought them too, depending on the price, if i hadn't of came across this great site
