bfaddict1977 Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 I bought dd a lalaloopsy dis game a few weeks ago from toys r us. It was the game with a free mini lalaloopsy doll. Well dd opened it up tonight and there was the doll, instructions but no game. I have my receipt but can I exchange it for a new game with the game? She was so upset and really wants this. I don't want them to say I took the game out or blame me. We just want the same game. Thanks.
Kibit13 Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 I'm not sure. It's worth a try, but it's possible they will want you to exchange the whole set. Bring everything from the set with you, just in case. You may want to contact the manufacturer too.

leefamily23 Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 I had that happen to me w/ a DVD a few years back at Walmart. The case was shrink wrapped, looked untouched. However, when we opened it there was no DVD in there. They exchanged it for the same title w/ no problem.
tinkrbel Posted December 26, 2011 Posted December 26, 2011 I don't think there would be any issue if you explain and do an even exchange but I think especially around this time of year you never know what to expect from CS. I'd try the store 1st only because it will probably be quicker than manufacturer but keep all details and notify them regardless of how store handles it.
