Don't people who do this have anything better to do with their time than to get in line, sometimes days early, just to make a little money?

stationchief Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 If someone's gonna try to sell ya a line ticket plus make a profit off of it, why not just buy the BF item on a normal everyday sale price? It would probably end up costing just as much anyways. Sort of like those folks who buy out all the doorbusters and then turn around and sell 'em on eBay.
Rose0426 Posted November 22, 2011 Posted November 22, 2011 Wish the stores could somehow 'make' them buy the product when they get the ticket so they couldn't sell the ticket. Now, once they have the actual product, they can sell that.

People who are struggling stand for hours in the lines to be able to afford a nice gift for their children which they wouldn't get otherwise. Those people are hurt by these actions. It's no different than going into a store and buying up all the hot items and putting them on ebay for huge bucks. It disgusts me and I don't want anything to do with people like that.

Although I also did see a guy steal a ticket... really messed up and pissed everyone in line off but we couldn't do a thing. I'd rather run into the first type.

I think selling is wrong I also think its not so nice to buy things cheap and sell on ebay . Some people can only get presents because they are on sale . And just because someone cant stand in line all night or days at a time doesnt mean they should be snookered .

It works both ways, if were unemployed wouldn't it be nice to camp out and earn $100 or whatever some stupid person is willing to give you for whatever tickets you get?

If they were willing to stand in line longer than others, then they are entitled to do whatever they want with the ticket or item they purchased. Selling the ticket is no different than selling the item...just less hassle.
