Do I sign up at all the stores that I want a BF ad from and they mail it to me or can I get the paper and it has all of the ads for BF? How does that work. I want Target, TRU, Kohls and Big Lots. I couldn't find a place to sign up for ads on Kohls website. Maybe they don't do that? Not sure.
