jodeee
So I am thinking of a netbook or tablet for my DD (7). For the price I cant resist. I know nothing about either one. Any suggestions would be great! She watches monster high on you tube, and plays some games on nick and disney, thats about it. Does TRU always hand out tickets for these items? I am always there super early but dont wanna take a chance.
stacya
They handed out tickets for them last year, but I don't know anything about them capability-wise...hth!

bluebear
Yes, for playing those kinds of games, a netbook would be best. Good luck! :)
Marcster
Tablets running Android will not be able to play games on websites. There are plenty of games available for Android, don't get me wrong, but they won't be the same ones she is used to playing on a Windows-based computer. Tablets run Apps (whether they are games or other types), which are programs designed specifically for an Android system. You can surf websites, of course, but they won't play the interactive games on websites that she is used to. Based on what you are telling us, you should look at a Netbook.
