Klownicle Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Wow, that is umm well. Terrible. Looks like a normal ad. Thanks for trying Staples.
tinkrbel Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 will have to look at printer specs and compare to other ads see if it's worth spending my rewards on one.
Tigger97498 Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Hmmm have to say I expected better prices from them. I was planning to get a new monitor to go with the computer i had to get this summer but those are basically their every day prices on them.
Klownicle Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 will have to look at printer specs and compare to other ads see if it's worth spending my rewards on one.Yeah thats about the only thing I saw, the 50$ laser printer and 150$ color laser. I don't think there great deals. Maybe the 50$ laser.
AndreaInNC Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 sad when the only thing that has me excited is the laptop charger. Oh and the Brother wireless printer - or maybe the Kodak. Kodak is suppose to have cheaper ink.
bribri25 Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 There looks like some decent printer sales but im not sure which one is the best. Reviews are all over the board on these. I was thinking either HP or Canon. I mostly want one for everyday use with the occasional photo print. Any recommendations?
racerfan Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 I did like that they were offering a $20 gift card with the new Kindle $99 Touch coming out next week. That may make me go in unless Amazon or BB does something also. I am planning on getting it for DD.
tinkrbel Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Look, a non midnight opening time!I didn't even notice that...
Brad Posted November 9, 2011 Author Posted November 9, 2011 Look, a non midnight opening time!6am seems soooooo late now, haha. Someone could go to Walmart, go to Best Buy, go to Target, come home, sleep for 4 hours, and still be at Staples before they open
gatorburg Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Only thing in the Staples ad I like is the Adobe Photoshop elements being at 49.99 or the one that does the video too for 74.99

Someone could go to Walmart, go to Best Buy, go to Target, come home, sleep for 4 hours, and still be at Staples before they open The only reason to GO to staples when just about EVERYTHING is online is if you don't meet free shipping guidelines and even then I think they offer FREE ship to store. Need to see if I can redeem rewards online though.

Bruiser1 Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Looks like the Staples® Sidley™ Luxura® Executive High-Back Chair is the best buy. That's kind of sad.....
Cindyseattle Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 This was a bit disappointing. Staples usually has some decent laptops but most of these just look like Sunday Ad prices ..smh
bpr Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Best Buy will likely have both of those as well. They seem to have it in their BF ad each year.True statement. It's usually a dual pack for around $60-70; I can't remember. I went all out on it this year and bought the Adobe CS5.5 Production Premium (EDU) for $330 after a 20% off code from Newegg. I wouldn't have done it w/o the code .
biomajor Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 I am wanting to get the niece a nook touch. So far that is the best price :)
TazErase Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 6am seems soooooo late now, haha. Someone could go to Walmart, go to Best Buy, go to Target, come home, sleep for 4 hours, and still be at Staples before they open That's pretty much the plan as of now. Camp out for Best Buy... then run to Target which is directly under Best Buy in the mall... then run to Walmart, go home to sleep for a while, go to Staples, Lowes, Home Depot, and Sears.
Nate Dogg Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 May stop by on my way home for a chair. So sad.
peppysfireball Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 My experience in the last few years has been that any gift card offer the other stores put out, amazon matches. I wish there was one for the Fire. Yesterday they announced all the new apps for it, including netflix and pandora among a bunch of others and it would be nice to put a gift card on it. I did like that they were offering a $20 gift card with the new Kindle $99 Touch coming out next week. That may make me go in unless Amazon or BB does something also. I am planning on getting it for DD.
wompem Posted November 14, 2011 Posted November 14, 2011 Does Staples price match on Black Friday? I was thinking about the Toshiba tablet, but Best Buy has it for $70 cheaper. (Figure it would be easier to pick it up at Staples than BB or at least use that as a backup if I don't get it at Best Buy.

modokislayer Posted November 14, 2011 Posted November 14, 2011 I'm in need of a new desktop, so I was wondering if the HP Core i3 Desktop w/ 8GB, 1.5TB for $399 was good? It seems good to me, especially at that price. What do you guys think?
AndreaInNC Posted November 14, 2011 Posted November 14, 2011 http://www.staples.com/sbd/content/help/using/general_match.htmlAnd I would bet that Staples uses BF as a "special event". But also their policy is that they may call to see if the store has it in stock. To be sure - I'd call them cause you'd save yourself alot of time. If they do you don't even have to wait until BF - you could buy it any day next week and go in and get the difference.
gatorburg Posted November 17, 2011 Posted November 17, 2011 Just in time for BF I got my $20.00 in Rewards to spend I do the Staples Ink Recycling program. I didnt think the rewards would come in time for BF.
