rachealb Posted August 23, 2011 Posted August 23, 2011 My son needs a graphing calculator this year for math- last year they had enough for their class, but due to budget cuts there are way too many kids in each class now and not enough calculators so it looks like we have to buy our own- anyone seen a deal out there? I found some used ones on Amazon, just not sure about buying this used? He can have the TI83, TI84 or the plus edition of either one. Thanks!
hack2222 Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 http://www.staples.com/Texas-Instruments-TI-84-Plus-Graphing-Calculator/product_566641 $94.99 with rebate. Also might sign up for emails , know they send out coupons with them. Price is for week of 9/4. Also has TI83 on sale with rebate also.
Stowasser Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 I got the kids theirs last year from Staples and used coupons when they went on sale brought it down to around $40, you can just keep looking for the sales and then see if there is a coupon code out there.
AndreaInNC Posted September 4, 2011 Posted September 4, 2011 DD20 and I had this discussion the other day. She wished someone would have told her she should have just bought a TI-89 calculator - which is what she needs now in college.
