VERY nice deal...but wow...I don't think I could ever stomach working with DELL again.....it's lunacy..lol. Between the customer service rep and the support technician..and the never ending wait for over an hour to get a person.....I really don't think I can do that again...BUT **groan** I wish that was a gret deal somewhere else.

If you don't mind rebates keep an eye on BB/CC ads, they usually have a Toshiba or HP laptop for $499 AR.
