I think that is what they use to determine which household gets what offers. I am not on their mailing list either, but I got a big book today in my sunday paper...no stickers for the kids to put on the items they wanted, though. I got the Power Wheel that was $219 marked on sale to $199 then had a $20 mail in rebate. Plus I got the $10 gift card so all in all today I saved $50 today. While looking through I saw the Amazing Amanda doll on sale that I just bout a few weeks ago. So I returned it and bought it again for the sale price plus got a $10 GC.
