lovebears65 Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 I need 3 of them the ones that 199. after rebates ( if they have them this year ) What are the odds of walking away with 3. My boys all need a new computer Thanks
RossMAN Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 The odds are stacked against you unless you have 3 adults to buy 1 computer each. There will probably be a limit of 1 PC per person.
lovebears65 Posted October 11, 2005 Author Posted October 11, 2005 I know last year when I went for the lap top people had more then one coupon for it .. My huband is going with me so that is two . If I have to I will take my 17 yr old son as well
buckwheat_jegc Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 Does this mean that the BEST BUY list is out already?!?!?!?!?!?
outnumbered Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 Does this mean that the BEST BUY list is out already?!?!?!?!?!?No...I think the original poster is assuming they will have deals similar to last year's.
RossMAN Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 Does this mean that the BEST BUY list is out already?!?!?!?!?!?No bf ads have been leaked yet, it's just speculation that's all :)
Dust N Bones Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 You know what would be awesome? If Walmart had a laptop for a super low price. Chances are there wouldn't be any rebates to deal with which is always a plus. I think this might help them out too because the past couple of years our local Walmart was stilling trying to sell the TV's, DVD Players, VCR's etc that didn't sell well on BF.

I have not facts to base this upon.
Aaron Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 Does this mean that the BEST BUY list is out already?!?!?!?!?!?Calm down, we might have to enroll you in the BF Rehab Center.

It looks like my wish came true. If the Walmart add that is up now is correct it looks like Walmart will have a laptop for $398!!
leefamily23 Posted October 20, 2005 Posted October 20, 2005 What is "OD" . I am looking for a computer and have been watching mutliple sites for a good deal. As for Best Buy- that would be great but the closest one to me is over an hour away. I LOVE BF, but don't usually go that far to start my shopping.

Postal Phil Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 One Quick Note: Some of the lower priced computers lite the sub $200 ones ( Like the AOL optimized ones ) also require you to subscribe to AOL for one year per system.
Postal Phil Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 emachine was a lowend starter computer company that is now owned by Gateway thay are a decent low cost system but not a lot of bells and whistles.
buckwheat_jegc Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 Calm down, we might have to enroll you in the BF Rehab Center. Still giddy from the Wal-mart ads:eyepoppin rehab won't be too bad as long as I'm out before Thanksgiving. Will you send me a laptop so I can stay in touch with you guys?
Novac Posted October 22, 2005 Posted October 22, 2005 emachine was a lowend starter computer company that is now owned by Gateway thay are a decent low cost system but not a lot of bells and whistles.Arethey actually decent, though? I know a few years back, they were cheap, but lousy. I see that they're still cheap . . .
Postal Phil Posted October 23, 2005 Posted October 23, 2005 Yes they are decent since Gatewat bought them put a little over a year ago they have improved greatly.
shopping mom Posted November 12, 2005 Posted November 12, 2005 My dad went to Best Buy last year and was able to get two. The kids still love them and we have had no problems with them.
