I had several hundred, but when I signed in, my point balance was at zero!! that happened to me. my email had 3 accounts linked to it. 2 accounts had 0 balance and 1 had over 2000 pts but was showing 0. I had to go to the account with the points and make it my primary account and then my points showed up again.
