Was told it was randomly placed when i called the 2nd time about scarf/card not in package...The card was inside of a little brochure, not just out by itself. My store won't let me use those $10 off a bra coupons on sale merchandise. But I have used multiple coupons when I buy different items. Like 1 free panty coupon and $10 off bra coupon or reward card.
