oh boy....... i didnt even think about this. i bought two nintendo ds lites in october for my kids for christmas..... i havent opened the boxes or anything. Now if they don't work on christmas morning I can't return them for a replacement???

My walmart has a lot of stuff in the back that is wrapped in black plastic with signs on it saying save for dec 16th what is it?

i think my son got his when he was five~~they have games for all age ranges--he still plays with it and he is 7 now. i love the fact that this is educational and fun Ü ~~

:) my kids are believers (ages 6 and 7) ... we put our tree's up the other day and each one of them has already made a card for santa sitting by their santa tree next to the fireplace. too cute

i know my kids both love the leapster also. have had it for a couple years (original one) they still play it, where the other games just sit. i love that they really learn while playing this game~~ jmho.

oh i am glad you tried it out~~was thinking (and wishing) i would have. i left the two i got at my parents so to keep nosey kids from finding them
i opened the box to get a peek before i left and was satisfied with what i saw for the price but didnt think about trying them out lol. now i feel better that yours were in working order~~

i have noticed what a difference one target is from another!~ i have a couple around me that have endcap after endcap of clearance, and then i can go to another store and nothing. maybe two in the entire store!!!
but i did get two mm juices today!~ first time i have found them and i sure felt like i accomplished something

just letting you know at several targets in my area they have put out games for all systems again (same as you out a couple weeks ago and when i went back they were gone.....) i just seen them there at the beginning of the week (tues?) and they had a whole endcap with them --can't remember the names of the games--sorry!~ i just glanced prices were still in the 20.XX range.....i was looking for better bargains~~

whoohooo!!~~ i can finally post :) i have run out many times after reading your posts to find nothing.......
but went today in search of itemsfor holiday shop for the kids at school
picked up 6 pink soccer balls 3.24 each (14.99 reg), 3 purses 3.24 each (14.99 reg), a michigan state pennant for 74 cents (??reg price), and 4 baseball caps (sox?team cant remember......) 2.62 each reg price 12.99. not bad all items need to even out to three dollars or less so i think i did pretty good !!
also seen the baby items mentioned above in the other posts, this store had three strollers and also an endcap with the presto sandwich makers for 6.98 -- michigan store, haggarty road/8mile

this depends on where i am headed....... still waiting on walmart ad, toysrus, and any 'secret' sales that pop up!!~~
last year my husband called me (I was at my mom's) and told me that people were lining up in the detroit area at best buy at noonish...... (it was already nine pm) se we decided to drive out see for ourselves!~~ and sure enough lines wrapped around best buy like you wouldnt believe!~~tents set up. i was amazed being that it was my first black friday experience
--so we went to one super walmart and it was packed so we went to the other one and no one was in line!!!~~ whooohoooo!!~~ we asked the manager where we could sit to wait for the 5am secret sales. he got chairs for us and put us in the old layaway and then came back and asked what the sales were lol!!~~ no one had any idea on them -- lots of things all wrapped up in isles in boxes. i absolutely LOVED it!!~~ but then we were first and not last, and we were joined by others around 11 then around 1am the line was fairly long and people were all surrounding the crates not knowing what was where. (they had put things all over the store, the portable dvd players were back in the garden center it was crazy!!)this year all depends, if deal are good we will head again around ten pm to that walmart and wait it out. we were inside so no weather plus the store was open so we could get snacks, and drinks, and the bathrooms were right there~~

last year our super walmarts didnt start the sale until 5am. but we were able to get in line the night before (inside--which is nice compared to waiting outside in the cold..) at 930pm--and yes we were first, but i wouldnt have done it any other way considering they only had a handful of the tvs , and the computers they only had four....
we are planning on doing the same thing this year so i hope they have some good bargains!
