  1. just got back from farmington hills, mi target and got the 10x10 coleman canopy for $44 and a soluna shelter reg 69.99 for 20.98. they had ripstick dxl for 32.99, also croquet sets for 12.48 (reg 39.99) plus lots of other outdoor games for under ten, and a couple 6 person tents for 26.98.
  2. yes live well my stuff went to the ad prices.
  3. anyone else get into the cars2 video game campaign?
  4. didnt see much one my first target run today... but have two more stores to scope out--was hoping to find the giada coffee pot... maybe i will get lucky but i did find a tonyhawk ride game--ps3 for $17.34. (75%) they had about 5 left at the grandriver target in farmington.
  5. I am so glad to hear that they were able to prove it-- but how frustrating to have to go back in to do it...... almost similar thing to me last year--only i paid and never got my $20 in change. Didnt realize until i got home and the store had closed for the night and had to wait until the next morning to call and go in..... but they checked the video and sure enough my change was pocketed by the cashier -- they did give me my $20 back though --I really thought that i just had lost it on the way out and never would have thought it would have been taken at checkout. enjoy the rest of your holidays
  6. we are loving our emerson. Have it hooked up to hd cable box and in bedroom glad we waited in line to get it
  7. we must have been at the SAME WALMART!! only i was in a tv line.... we were not allowed out of line either and everything not a ticket was also being grabbed..... by the time 5am rolled around and I got my tv I missed out on many other items since people were able to grab whatever wasnt ticketed~ I also hated the fact that there was no way to get another doorbuster item you had to pick the one you wanted and that was it. we had xboxes in our tv line but you could not get a ticket for both just one etc... i really didnt like it this year since i missed out on rock band, the chair, and many other items... i also hated all that taped off areas --there was no way to move about...
  8. big ticket items --if that is what you want--i would go to walmart first. even if it is the sweatsuits or games/movies--sure there might be a couple left but no where near the selection they have when they open-- also the sweatsuits last year were really nice and they went fast--i wasnt able to find any for my daughter either..... and i get there at 2am .... i dont even get all the doorbuster items i want, but i go with my mom and we meet people who want what i want and so we try to get for each other at the different areas...... this helps :)
  9. we usually head to our walmart around 2am and are about the 5th in line--if they have the amount of xboxes like last year there wasnt many-- i think about ten? we had a group of adults dive bomb into them when the announced 5am start time it was crazy!! garmins went flying....... best of luck :) it seems like a great deal-- we already have ours so i wont be in that line :)
  10. hopefully we will get something in the mail that explains this. I know I am not going to order 100 worth of food.... especially so close to the holidays..
  11. I think they are random, I am sure that they are looking for certain types of hosts for certain events, those that fit their demographics, but for the most part it is hit or miss. I never know why I didnt get chosen for some parties (and some of these I really really really wanted)--when I felt I fit what they would be looking for.... you never know. good luck!! They are so much fun, lots of free goodies for everyone, and a great reason to get family and friends together. BEsto fo luck! HOpe you are chosen for the one you are wanting
  12. ok looks like they arent launching the i cant believe its not butter bake sale one. I am back to yellow on my dashboard and they changed the date to saturday the 12th.
