This is pretty much the only thing I want for Christmas too. I should just bite the bullet and add it to my layaway.
  2. My DD wants a Barbie dreamhouse so I finally put one on layaway. She literally just had her birthday this past week and she wanted Toy Story and Jake and the Neverland pirates stuff. She has a ton of Frozen stuff already but everything frozen she sees she asks for.
  3. I'd go ahead and purchase and then return if I found it cheaper elsewhere. Better safe than sorry!
  4. always online. I worked retail far too many years to go add to the chaos that those poor workers have to endure on BF. If I can't buy it online at a good price, I don't need it.
  5. I wouldn't camp out if they were giving away stuff for free. I'm not a camper.
  6. There's really no difference IMO, other than being expected to wear clothing and not my pajamas when shopping in store (Walmart doesn't count obviously.)
  7. I'm not really a fan of the stores being open, but I can also see the appeal. Quite honestly by the evening on Thanksgiving I'm over the family time and we're all bugging each other (which is why movie theaters do so well on Thanksgiving Day) so might as well shop, right? As long as employees do get time with their families, I guess it doesn't bug me one way or the other.
  8. Nov 12...right after Veteran's Day sales end
  9. I love this new program and wish all stores would do it! I've got $8.35 so far, and signed up for the Blue Bird card so it doubled to $16+. I think it's an awesome program.
  10. oh I just put some toys on layaway last week! So will they do the price matching even if I'm picking the stuff up after BF? or do I need to plan to pick my layaway up on BF?
  11. Kohls has become my favorite place to shop - their ad looks great. Hopefully we will be able to stack several coupons and get some awesome deals.
  12. I went to Target today, got several LaLaloopsy little dolls for my daughter for $2.08 each, scored a Barbie Mariposa castle thing that was regular $49.99 for $14.98. I bought the lats one. Still had lots of Frozen stuff on the shelves but none of it was marked down. This was in Lake Worth, Texas. Might convince daughter to go with me to another store today or tomorrow. Also spotted tons of stuff in health and beauty with clearance tags, although they were only 15% or 30%, very minor (didn't do the math). However I found some Aquafresh Extrecare toothpaste in the Buy 2 get 1 free shrink wrapped packs, and they are also listed for 20% off in Cartwheel so I was able to get them for less than $4. There were several racks of men's clothes on clearance, and those also were eligible for the 20% of men's clothing coupon on Cartwheel right now so I get them for less too.
  13. Garden Ridge has their Chrsitmas at 50% off. Still lots of ornaments and trees, some outdoor stuff.
  14. Coupon codes: RMN10OFF40 $10 off $40 thru 1/20/14RMN20OFFJAN 20% off site wide thru 1/31/14BBW20OFFJAN 20% off site wide thru 1/31/14BBW20 20% off site wide thru 2/14/14
  15. Forgot to add earlier, also noticed several toys that were marked down to half price. A lot of the Target exclusive Lalaloopsy figurines and stuff like that were under $4. My daughter was with me so I couldn't pick anything up for her to stash away for later. I'll go back for some though.
  16. Kohls has their Christmas at 75% off, and mine still had a ton of ornaments and decor left. Everything was 75% off except the Hallmark ornaments and they were 50%.
  17. Went to two different Home Depots today, both had Christmas 50% off and still had a great deal of outdoor inflatables, christmas lights, and other holiday decor left. Also found some battery operated pillar candles that can be used far longer than holiday, but they were marked down as well. (the individual ones, not the boxed set. It wasn't half price.)
  18. I shopped at Target today. Christmas 50% off, had a TON of stuff left except for the holiday paper goods. But wrapping paper, ornaments, decor, lights...there was a LOT left still. Watauga, Texas.
  19. 42photo.com has the body only for $399 and you could pick your own glass rather than the mediocre kit lens they send. Or get the Canon EOS Rebel Digital T3i 18.0 MP Camera W/ 18-55mm IS II Lens for $495. I checked their ratings online (i've never ordered from them before) here.
  20. Went to two yesterday (Watauga and North richland Hills, Texas) and they were still 50% off, but I grabbed some garland that I was afraid would be gone by the time it hit 75% off.
  21. bummer, i was hoping it had gone down already. Does seem silly since it's been 50% off forever, but I guess they'd rather sell it at 50% off than 80%.
