The Pasadena Target on Colorado (the one-story one, not the two-story one) had 3 of the basketball things at the $34.XX price. I don't have any use for one, but I thought others might like to know :)

Correct, you will not find that information. The exact formula for gaining privledges on the site is not posted. Just be an active member and it will happen. For my parents' 25th, we found old pictures of both of their sets of parents and had them restored and all three pics put in one frame, and we got one of those photo things that's like a little photo album that stands up with a metal cover and had it engraved, then at their anniversary party took polaroids of everyone and added those to the album.
