  1. I called them earlier for something, and the CS lady told me that because of the technical difficulites, the 5-11 thing went right out the window!
  2. I tried to order this morning but couldn't because of crashes. Had to suck it up because I needed to leave to get in line at Target. Got everything there, then to BBW, then decided to try a non Supercenter walmart on the side of town where there's no mall, target, BB, CC, etc....we got there at 7:30 and they still had 6 42in plasmas...tons of the other electronics...and a stack of bratz dolls taller than me!! You wouldn't have known it was even black friday by being in there. We have a ton of supercenters here and I think because it was not a SC (and no other shopping around there) no one was there! I got everything I wanted from there + some I wasn't going to even try to get, only because no one was there. It was awesome. I'm definately going to that walmart from now on!
  3. Ya! It changed on mine too! I WAS getting 3 of these things! This is bull!
  4. Cashmere sweaters went up by 10.00! What the heck? Am I the only one seeing this? I had them added to my cart before I went to bed to save time, now all the sweaters have gone up in price, whether they were in my cart or not!
  5. Thanks to everyone for your help! And good luck Friday!
  6. I'm thinking I'm going to. I'm only going after clothes and it's 3.94 for the first item and .97 for each article of clothing after that. That sounds pretty reasonable, I think. I'm just worried about about sizes though...
  7. I've read about how the pallets work and everyone removes the covers when it's announced that it's time. Here's my question...do they do that with all items? I was just going to order online because I'm only going for some of the cashmere sweaters (if I like them), 4 pack jammies for DD, and 2 pack mens jammies. Will they have pallets for those too? The reason I'm rethinking ordering online is because of sizing. I would like to see them in person to pick the correct sizes...and to make sure that I like the look of them. So am I just getting myself into a huge mess by going for only clothing? I don't know what to do because I would like to be out of there very quickly to get over to target to stand in line. Opinions from those veterans that have done WM? I go out every year for BF but have managed to avoid WM thus far...but they are pulling me in now. What should I do?
  8. I'm in KC. Olathe to be exact. :)
  9. I'm staying with my mom since I live in KC now, and she gets the paper delivered...she said it will be here around 5am. I'm going to have a hard time sleeping tonight...and tomorrow night! Oh well, I'll catch up on sleep later in the weekend. I plan on going to Gordmans on Saturday for the "anything you can fit into a bag, 25% off" thing. I go every year and love it!!! Those are some great deals on clothes!!! I have such a hard time buying in advance for my 5 yo DD. I used to do it when she was younger, but she ended up being a pretty tall kid, and any clothes I bought out of season for the next year would be too small by the time the next year rolled around! I'm getting a better handle on it though, so I might have to start doing that again.
  10. I haven't been to Branson on BF, but I've heard from other people in line before that it can get pretty crazy. I think alot of people from Spfld go to the outlet malls for the sales. I don't know what kind of sales they have though. I haven't been to a walmart on BF suprisingly. I've always managed to avoid it. If I was to go, I considered going to the one over on east Kearney because it's not a supercenter so it's a little less crowded from what I hear. I'm hoping I can get the few things I want online that morning so I won't have to mess with actually going there. I dunno...nothings for sure...I just want tomorrow to hurry and get here so I can start tearing through the ads!
  11. amyers- As far as stores go...not 100% sure on it. Hoping to buy online at walmart, then probably target...thought about bath and body works. I don't know. Once I get the ads in my hot little hands, then I'll have to figure it out. I'm not planning on buying any electronics this year...although I said that last year and ended up spending the night at best buy getting a digital camara and a computer. I will be reworking my plans and strategizing up until bedtime on Thursday!! Do you have your game plan ready?? :)
  12. Another KC person here. I'm in Olathe, but I won't be here for BF...I'll be in Springfield MO.
