I was going to try to get some Oneida flatware but shipping was $18.00! I ended up getting the exact same set on Kohls website for the BF price with free shipping for quite a bit cheaper than LNT.

Fleece lined hoodies were ringing $20 at my store too. My cashier caught it and price adjusted but told an older lady (another employee) that they needed to get it fixed. She tried telling us I didn't get the right one. I could see the rack from where I was standing with the $8 sign on top, but she just kept saying that I didn't get the right one. I was like WTH? The lady checking me out just rolled her eyes, said she knows I got the right one and did the adjustment. The older lady went over to the hoodies, came back and said- ya, she got the right ones. I freaking told her I did! :) Whatever. That was the only issue I had but wasn't really an issue because my cashier was awesome. :)

Bought some stuff on Kohls.com late last night then went to Walmart for my first time on black Friday. I'm usually at Target or BB. When we pulled in at 2:30, we thought it might be closed. No one there! We go in and I honestly think we were the only ones there that were not employees. They were moving all of the pallets out. We wandered around for quite a while. Put a few random things in our cart that we were allowed (clothes) then headed for our stations. Got the $97 Garmin, $29 girls bike, one of the kodak digi cameras, some jackets, and a few $2.00 dvds. After we left Walmart we went to Gordmans, got enough to fill my 25% off bag, and came home. We spend so much time leading up to this day then BAM, it's gone in a flash!

So I just placed another order...got a digital frame, portable dvd player, electric griddle, and two pillows. After 10% off code total was $160, I'll get back $60 in rebates, earned $30 in kohls cash (total before tax was $151), AND I went to the discover card website and used the link through them to get 5% back on my discover card. I LOVE BLACK FRIDAY!

We are at my moms for Thanksgiving so I jumped on her desk top and it went much quicker for some reason. It's free shipping over $100. My total was $107 (including tax) so I added a couple of towels, did the 10% off coupon code and it brought it brought the total back to $107! Thank you newmom for the code!!!! Plus I'll get $20 in Kohls cash and I will send in for a $20 rebate on one of my items! YAY!

Where do the heaters fall in the markdowns? I'm actually not sure how they would catagorize it. Also, does anyone know how well those snow thrower things work? I found one marked 50% off, but I knew they'd already been marked down so it scanned 75% and I got it for $24.XX. Here's the thing...it had wrapping paper still on it (a return obviously). I just want to know if the thing was worth buying (does it work worth a darn?) and what should have been in the box. I don't know if it's missing anything since it was literally just the manual and snow thrower.

Big fluffy full/queen and king blankets down to 12.48 today! Yeah! Also, I noticed today my ST had honey bunches of oats on a temporary price cut. This was NOT like this last week, so it must be a new thing. Down to 2.24. $.24 if you use the $2.00 coupon!

I have found a couple random toys 85% off, but only a couple. I've found other things 85% off too, but I have no idea why. My only guess is someone bought it, and brought it back well after it'd been 75% off, and they marked it 85%. My only reasoning behind this is months ago after they clearanced the dorm stuff, I found the pink clothes hangers 85% off. They were unloading a box of them. I wonder if they found the box in the back because it was about a month after they'd went 75% off. So it's possible but I sure wouldn't chance it on something I really wanted. If it does end up "item not found" they might not let you buy it at all!

Furniture does go on sale! My mom and I were looking at the Santa Fe collection last summer for her, at regular price. She decided to wait, blah blah. I'm in a Super Target months later and find the coffee table, end table, and a corner tv stand all 75% off! Got the coffee table and end table for her. We were both SO excited about it!

I found some of the "25% more" at a couple of my Targets. I got down and found some in the back. They were only in the aisle though, not on the endcap for the sale display.

Make sure and check your receipts. It was kinda my fault because I made assumptions. I bought a Bratz sportz doll, bratz doll with headset, and littlest pets stationary thing. All had 30% off price tags, but I honestly assumed they were just missed when they were tagging, but they weren't. They were only 30% off. I didn't scan because I had WAY too much in my cart. One thing was miss-marked, but it's 75% off sticker was higher than what it rang up at so I think it was a mistake. The dcpi number on the red tag didn't match what was on my receipt. It was cheaper than I thought it was, so that one was ok. Still an error though.

Ok, so my kitchenaid chopper just got sweeter. I found a rebate form for 2008 that includes $5.00 back for my chopper! If I actually get the rebate then I'll only be out of pocket 4.96! That would be fabulous!!! I sent the one in for the toaster just last week. I found a red one after they'd clearanced them out a few months ago. It was just sitting on the shelf like it belonged there, but I knew it had already went 75% off, and when I scanned, sure enough it was. I got it for $17.xx, so if I get that rebate I'll have paid $7.xx! Gave it to my grandma for xmas since her toaster was older than her and not really working anymore.

I was disappointed about the toys not being marked down further at the two I went to today. However, I did find a few random things. Corona galvanized bucket with 4 glasses and coasters - 4.98. The chocolate fountain thing was 9.98, but I went to a different target after work and the only one they had was marked 4.98. It was next to the fondue set and the boxes were very similar so I thought it was probably a mistake. When I got to the registers, it rang up $9, but I showed him the sticker so he gave it to me for $4. Woohoo! BUT my best find was a target.com return. A pink kitchenaid chef's chopper! $39.99 marked 9.96. I almost ignored it on the clearance shelf but when I saw it was the pink one, I knew it was from the Oct. sets. When I went to scan it, I found the "as is" sticker on the top. I really needed this so I was VERY excited about it! About the toys though, does anyone have the DCPI for the Barbie guitar or the Bratz mansion? One store had a ton of the mansions one day, and now they are all almost gone. I'm wondering if they've got some of them stored in the back. I'm still trying to go back and find that shumanfamily website, but even once I find it, I still don't have the numbers. Anyone have them? It would be MUCH appreciated!!!!

I found a Baby Phat perfume set!! Thanks to those of you who mentioned it!!! In getting my electrasol tabs, I found another coupon under the box that someone left behind. Score!! Then in the office supply aisle, I found two 3M cutters and a two pack of tape. They were laying on top of the packing tape and there were NO other two packs of tape that matched this packaging. The cutters were different colors than the ones hanging in the correct spot. I scan them and they scanned 90% off! Woohoo!!!! The two pack of tape was .39 and the cutters were .49. Fun to find stuff that no one else noticed!!!

When I scanned a cranium turbo game (also 90% off) last Saturday, the scanner said item not found. My heart dropped because I knew it was supposed to be on sale with Christmas stuff. I looked on the back and there were two barcodes!!! One barcode rings item not found and the other does the price. When I got to the registers, the guy scanned the wrong one and I had to tell him to scan the other one. Thank goodness I noticed this before I got up there because I would have hated to have gone what you went through!

I feel the same way. I have a a one hour lunch break that I have to get mine done in.

I'm insanely jealous of you right now! I think I want to quit my job and be a full time Target shopper.

Those of you that went 90% off today, when did your store go 75% off last week? Friday, Saturday, or Sunday?

Ya, I rarely ever go to this store! I think the digital ornaments might be the only good deal I've found on anything there.

I didn't have a whole lot of time to look around outside of getting my ornaments. I ran through each aisle very quickly. I thought it looked like a decent amount, however since I'd already bought SOOO much Sunday at the other stores, they really didn't have much that I needed or didn't already have. Which store was this? I would be irritated only because you already asked if those were items going back on the shelf and she said that you could get whatever you wanted from the cart. I understand your anger. So, last night I was asking whether or not anyone has had a store go 75% off the night before. I was just too lazy to get out last night, so I didn't check. Then this morning I thought about calling work and telling them I'd be late so I could go get what I wanted from the Olathe ST. Decided that seemed wrong and I don't need bad karma. I figured if it was meant to be, I'd get them during my lunch. What I wanted was some of the digital ornaments. They had quite a few but they were in an aisle near makeup and picture frames instead of with xmas. I thought this would help my luck. So I go in around 1:00 (during my lunch hour) and go right to the aisle, but everything in the aisle had been replaced with new product! Gasp!!! I go to the back where christmas was, and in the first aisle I turn down, there they were!!! YEAH!!!! I was SOOO freakin excited!!!

I may be wrong, but haven't some of you been at a store late in the day and prices changed. I don't mean weekly markdown stuff but holiday stuff. There's something I really want at one of the ST's and I have to work tomorrow so there's no way it'll be there tomorrow. I was hoping...maybe (very wishful thinking) that maybe if I went late before they close then possibly the prices may have changed. Has this happened to anyone??
