I think you have a legitimate complaint. According to Amazon's ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number), you were shipped the wrong product. I've had Virgin Mobile for about 4 years as well. They are really good about replacing phones if there's a problem. They ship the new phone overnight via FedEx, then you take the new one out while Mr. FedEx man is waiting and put the defective phone in the same box and write the number Customer Service gives you on the outside. Mr. FedEx man takes the broken phone with him and you owe nothing. I was paying $50/month for a $29.99 basic cell plan and only used maybe 100 minutes per month. Dd was going broke buying 'Top Up' cards, so we traded. I bought the little OYSTR phone about a year ago. No bells and whistles, just a phone to make and receive calls. I gave my old phone to a friend's daughter. When she got an account, I got $5 for the referral. My friend has it set up where $20 is automatically added every month and her dd pays for anything over that. I pay .25/minute for the first 10 minutes used in a day, then .10/minute for over that amount.

I"ve got to agree. I go totally blank when asked that question. To me, the best part of a gift is the fact that the giver took the time to look for something they thought you'd like. Even if it's a shirt you wouldn't be caught outside in, it's the fact that this person thought of you when they saw it. I could name all day what Dd and Dh would like. Me? The answer most likely is, "Uh....um...er...uh..." which isn't exactly helpful.

I received mine today. (Ordered 11/26) I'm happy with the order and free gifts, so I'll probably order from them again.

One thing to watch, though. We were going to put one in my dd's Explorer for Christmas. Since it has anti-theft on it, the installation jumps up to $200 minimum from the same shop that put mine in.

We put the Bulldog starter in my car a few years ago and it works like a charm. It s about $50 at Walmart. Installation was another $50 at a local garage.

Newbie Question Alert Would the discount code bringing the order to below $15 cause them to add shipping? My email confirmation says 'Shipping 0.00', but the total taken from my debit card is exactly $5.95 more than the email confirmation. The order came to $15.95 prior to that.

Some lady last year brought her newborn to BF. That poor baby was screamimg his head off while she dug through the DVD's. I felt so bad for him, poor child was probably scarred for life.

Last year I bought the "Win, Lose or Draw," DVD game. It's like a Magnadoodle attached to the TV. No one could draw anything other than stick figures. We gave up and switched to pen and paper.

A lurker chimes in.... We had a different challenge last year. DD, her friend and I were at Walmart by 3. We were the only car in the parking lot. Others joined us at 3:30 and there was probably several hundred people there by 4. We stood at the door until 5 when the employees opened the far side door. We were now near the back of the line. These girls are small, so they wormed their way to the front. Had I not had the brave teens with me, we'd have missed out. They had both the computer and VHS/DVDR by the time I got in the door.
