Happy New Year's everyone! The sun is shining again here in Washington state. Happy for the break from rain, and mud! I did have snow on Christmas Eve and my puppy was a happy camper. It was his first snow and what a joy to see that experience!

Boys and I have a lego city advent calendar this year. First day was a little train and my 9 yr old was psyched! Can't wait to see what other lego goodies are in there!

No cool tower here but my items were ready when I got to the pick up area in the back. I used the app to check in and I was done in about 5 min.

Have to make a run to the recycling center this weekend, boxes won't fit in my bin. Still not clear why they ship in ginormous boxes for a tiny item. Would love to tour a shipment center one day and see how that logic works.

I have both and love them. Got the echo when it first released and dot in the office. Can't tell you how many times they have helped me find my phone, lol. Also they keep my shopping list. No difference on the dot from the echo, just smaller. I got dots for my non-tech parents house and they are loving the music and audio book features as well. The calling and drop in is awesome as well.

I got the Technic Tow Truck for 50% off ($39.99). A friend was able to get a Lone Ranger set and a Star Wars set in addition to the Tow Truck and the Plane mentioned above. I didn't see the any but the Tow Truck here in WA though. Maybe it varies by store??

I bought it at the store last night and after they rang the vacuum it prompted them to scan the gift card. HTH!

I went to Walmart to see if they would price match the Target Ad for the Dyson DC14 vacuum. They did AND to sweeten the deal Walmart is offering a $80 GC WYB this vacuum. So: $319 - $80 GC = $239 !!!!! (This is my mother's day gift from DH but I was VERY happy to do the legwork:tongue1::tongue1:) Hope anyone else looking for a Dyson can get in on this too :)
