Update! I had DH take it back to TRU today and they gave him a gift card for the value. They had no more in stock, said it was the most popular Christmas item and they have no idea when they are getting them in. Said they only get like 4 at a time???? Anyway, he had no problems with the return which is good, I thought TRU would hassle us.

You might want to think about exchanging it for a regular cheapo digital camera. I was going to get one for my kids until I realized that they got really bad reviews. The picture quality is supposed to be terrible on them. Good luck with the exchange!
Any idea who makes a good really cheapo digital? LOL

I have to return the Fisher Price kid's digital camera. The lcd screen doesn't work at all. Lots of luck, I bought it in August at Toys R Us and you know how difficult that can be. I may have to just buy another one and make a switch.

Ah man! This really sucks. I hope you got it. I think the shipper is entitled to a refund and after you get your packages you should tell them that. I sure hope you got it.

I got a couple things today at work, a stack of lottery cards from one of the guys I work for and a $50 Carson's gift card from another. I knew they would get me something, but its just the two guys that own this place that are such scrooges. They should call the firm Scrooge & Marley. What would it hurt to bring in a lunch tray and have some booze at lunch for a little spirit!

My cat never gets his food changed, he eats dry only and I just don't believe in changing foods on him. He is getting a mouse that holds catnip, another little set of mice toys and a laser light thing for me to play with him.

I know most of you know how much I hate where I work, but this year they've decided not even to give us a Christmas party! Can you imagine!???? I just think its the tackiest thing I've ever heard. It might as well not even be Christmas there. Sorry, just had to vent.

Having bought the FP kid tough camera and some other things that use batteries, what's the best deal? Radio Shack has a tin of 24 for 14.99 in their ad for the week that has 12 AA and 12 AAA. Anything better out there?

I tried to use mine tonight and I printed it out in color. They told me the ones they emailed out have the peoples names on them and mine was a fake.
So how many of us got these coupons mailed to us? I certainly didn't. I spend a fortune at TRU and I'm PO'd I'm not even on their mailing list.

I don't know what it is about men, but they just dont' get it! No, my DH has NO idea what I have spent, most of my stuff is at my friends house and I will bring it home closer to the holiday. He thinks I go overboard and I probably do but hey, it's Christmas and its for my GD. My son is kind of the same way too and I certainly don't know where he gets that from. He always got the stuff he wanted.

I am looking for good (especially bamboo silk tree 5' long) already assembled trees in brick & mortar kind of stores.
I already checked in walmart but did not find the one I was looking for. Can you suggest any other stores that carry these. I looked online for silk trees, I liked the price and also the quality but those need to be assembled after delivery. So, If you are aware of online sites that deliver already assembled trees, please let me know
Definitly check out a large JoAnn store. My store has wonderful silk trees and if you can catch them on sale its even better. Also sign up for an online Joann account and get coupons via email.
