Just wanted to update everyone, I saw the ads today and went with this camera: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=8469221&type=product&id=1184768166234 I haven't found a lot of reviews and it may not be the best one out there but it has a rechargeable battery, sd card and will be easy for her to use. Plus the price was right!! Let me know if you have had a horrible experience with it please. I have 14 days to return it and 24 til her birthday....

I am still leaning towards the Cybershot but would love to hear more about it. Husband said it was ok if it didn't have the same memory card, we can work around that. I couldn't find a FujiFilm current version that matched yours, any other suggestions?

I am looking for a digital camera for my 12yr old's upcoming birthday. Here are the features I am looking for: *Sturdy *Under $200 *Rechargeable Battery (preferred) *SD card (so we can share) *Small and compact *Good quality I am more looking for recommendations of cameras more than where to find the best priced one (though I would love to know), I just can't seem to find any I like. I have a Canon SD600 that I love and would love something of that quality for her. thanks for any help!!

I recommend looking at ebay for the air brand wheeled shoes, they have a push button to make the wheels retractable which is easier than taking the wheels out of the shoes for that age. Some sellers even tell you how to measure the foot for sizing and they are cheaper than heelys. A friend has them and loves them, my daughter is saving upo for them.

this weekend we found Mall Madness for $7.xx just sitting in an aisle, no others around and didn't find any in toys, my girls are in heaven, they wanted this at Christmas but didn't get it Lots on clearance but not much I needed so didn't pay much attention.

I ended up very lucky to get one the Friday before xmas, just a fluke and we have played it since Christmas and never have had any problems with it freezing or discs not working or anything. The one problem we had was the remotes batteries died and we didn't know what the problem was (got left on all night) but that was easily fixed. So far its a blast!! We have the wii sports, Zelda and Rayman Rabbits so far and the kids and (adults) love it!!

Went back today with a friend and her daughter's and we scored big time, each of us had a savings of at least $40 and spent under $20. My friend spent about $103 and her savings was listed as $128!! Stocked up on birthday gifts for school friend parties!!

we are going tomorrow with money my daughter has saved and wouldn't dare let go of, this is big for her!! LoL.. she's 11...

I was at Aeropostale yesterday and they had all their sale stuff at 70% off the lowest price. Hoodies that were $39 orig, were marked $29 then 70% off that price making them $9!! Also some items like socks were already 50% off and then take another 70% off!! $1.30 for 2 or 3 pack of socks. Items I found on sale: Hoodies socks hats gloves scarves jewelry pj pants pj tops bath & body stuff robes slippers jeans (maybe) I'm in Dayton OH area.

Dayton CVS is still 50% off on most stuff when I went today and most of it was really picked over Walgreens was a major score, got several outdoor items on a shelf up behind the counter, they didn't have them marked 75% on the signs and really unless you were looking you didn't know they were there. Also I walked around and found a huge lot of xmas lights on a top shelf several rows over from xmas, asked the lady about them and she's like, "we have lights?" LoL... They were .84 box. Tons of cute wrapping paper, the good kind with lots of yardage. RiteAid still 50% off and didn't have much good stuff, very disappointed when I went in there.

Dayton OH area still 50% too

Just got back from the Target in Centerville OH and they had some of the games at 75% off. Got connect 4 travel for $4.xx and they had Twister moves for the same price, a DvD kids trivia game for $6.xx and some others I don't remember. There were other games for about 50% or 30%, didn't scan any but the two I bought came up priced as marked. Didn't really check any of the other toys or items!

we scored a wii yesterday!! One of those lucky things, a guy at dh work... well his mom works for TRU and a couple of days ago she said it would be nice if she knew someone who wanted the wii or ps3 because she sees them all the time and would love to help someone. We weren't even looking for one, thought if we saw one, maybe we would think about it. By the time dh said we would take one there were none, well she got one in yesterday and we got it!!! Kids will be so surprised, don't think it ever occurred to them that they might get one, they mentioned it once and I just said don't count on it!! Good luck to all!!

I cannot recommend these more!! They are wonderful and good for the self-esteem. Also a subscription for American Girl magazine. Gift certificates to book stores would also be great.

There are quite a few for $19.99 out there, our Meijer's has buy one get one free on select games but not sure there are Meijer's where you are... Good Luck!!

our gamestop said they were still filling pre-orders and prob wouldn't have any for sale until after Jan. for non-pre orders. Might want to call and ask to be sure....
