For anyone in Iowa ~ Jordan Creek Town Center Mall in West Des Moines will be opening at 12:01 according to posted signs. I'm not sure if all stores will be open, but it sounds like they're going to have quite a party!

Grandma is the hardest and the easiset is my BF. She picks everything out then I sneak back and buy it!

Our "Rules" have been that they can come downstairs to "peek" but then they come and get us up. While were doing bathroom business, making coffe, etc. they can go through thier stockings. I don't wrap anything in thier stocking, but then everything else from "Santa" is wrapped in special santa paper. Last year my son had Spiderman and my daughter had Bratz. Once we're all in the dining room and the camera is set we can go to town! After the kdis are done they usually call may parents, who will go pick up my grandma and then they can see everything the little ones got and then we have a big family breakfast.

We just do the old fashion tree as my 7 yr old says. We have the big bulbs and everything from thier ornaments to my great grandmas goes on it. When I got married I was given a box of all the ornaments that I made at school, home or someone had purchased for me.

How about jewelry? You can usually find nice but cheap stuff at Kohls, then if she looses it you're not out.

I started about three weeks ago. I try to take a little time every weekend if I've picked soemthing up. I pick stuff up all year so I wrap then figure out who I still have to buy for! )

Leave the house a little before 4am to get to the city by 5. Hope to return home sometime around 10pm, unless the van fills up first! My girlfriend is wanting to get two of the computers at Wal-Mart for her kids, so I'm not sure how much room that'll leave this year! )

I start the day after! I always have a stock pile of gifts in the closet! It comes in handy for kids Christmas exchangesthe next year,or b-days, etc!

Our Toys R Us does as you're in line waiting to check out. Krispy Kremes, coffe, juice... that was the best wait in line ever and people were much nicer!

My girlfriends and I are already lining up our plan of attack! We do spend spend Thanksgiving night calling each other though after we actually get the ads!

I wrap or bag everything. I use a lot of the little $.25 bags that I pick up on clearance every year for a nickel. They work great for little things or gift exchanges for the kids. I also re-use my bags from the previous years if thier not ripped ( same with the boxes)!

Last year our Toy's R Us ad stated they opened at 6am but they actually opened at 5am. We were in and out of there before the lines started! We also picked the stores in the city that weren't in the busiest part of town. Not the nost desirable side to be on, but they had everyhting we wanted!
