If you aren't MVP and don't get the 15% off, you can go to customer service and tell them you left it at home and they'll usually give you one or tell you to let the cashier know that so and so approved it.

My family is Catholic so the four weeks before Christmas Midnight is Advent though we do decorate during that time. However Christmas is 12 days hence the twelve days of Christmas. So Christmas doesn't end until Twelfth Night (Jan. 6) and only then can decoration be taken down.

THIS I tried doing Khol's last year and have fast internet but it would never get everything to checkout or would freeze. I went out 2 hours later in a blizzard and was about 50th in line in Portage MI but mom and I scoped the store on wednesday to see where things were placed and got them within 5 mins and was out the door in 10 mins, second person in cashier line. I also had bad experiences with Staples online and Compusa - they both would check you out and you got a confirmation and they took money out but then a week later said they couldn't honor it because they over sold their stock. So I didn't get the major items I needed for that year, but could of if it just didn't go through, then I would have go them at the stores.

I used to long time ago just have some ads and a note pad I wrote on Thanksgiving. Then I got a bigger notepad. Then I found this site around 2004 or so and started printing lists from the computer. Now I have list printed from this site, and pictures of the items if on sheets per store for people in my posse that don't know what the item looks like when they go to get it. We also have all the ads in a binder according to time they open or we are going there. We usually have 3-4 people (me and the people I can con into helping me) and I give each one of the printed lists and each car gets a binder with the ads. And we also have another folder for coupons.

I like Khol's during BF. If you are a member you get a 15% off pass for then too that applies to all sales and clearance. The sales are usually 40-50, sometimes 60 % off nearly everything. The prices on the tags are the same so with some thing a 30% off would make it a better deal. But for their you can't beat their doorbusters, like appliances (finally got a glass Oster blender for $7.50).

I agree with every teacher on here that said candles and lotions can get tossed aside because of allergies - one time I had a candle in my teacher mail box and it took weeks for the scent to clear out it was so strong and I had to use my inhaler a few times. Small amount gift cards are nice, but my personal favorite was when a sister and brother I had in my class gave be a huge poinsettia. I even took it to my family's 1000 miles away for Christmas.

Well, this is an easy participation contest :) which is needed for those of us who are still exhausted after thanksgiving, bf, and shopping today

the only place with a bad long line outside it here was Target - the news was there - some of the employees that handed out the free bags and monitored the line said there were 1000 people in line when then gave bags out, by the time of opening there were 500 more
