We have Samantha from AG, and my DD is only 6, and doesn't play with her. She was a "hand me down" from a cousin who didn't play with her either She got the Bitty Baby when she was 4 and has played with her alot. I was thinking of getting the twins for both of my girls this year. My youngest DD is 3 and LOVES a baby doll. The oldest has a build a bear bunny and she plays with it the most. I will say the stuff from AG holds up really well and premie things fit pretty good (sometimes a little big, mostly the onsies) they can also be sent to the "hospital" to be fixed!!! I have found some really good deals on them on Ebay, so check there.

I am hoping to find some good deals on them too!!! It is the 50th (i think) anniv. for leggo so they should have some really good deals this year, like kinex had last year for there anniv.

I usually wear something comfortable....jeans and a t shirt, comfy shoes and a jacket, but this year I am in a different place, so probably shorts and a t shirt and my tennis shoes, but first my pj's as I am going to the outlets and need to have them on to get my free pj's. Will change in the car before I go anywhere else

I wish we were having the same giveaways as the prime outlets-pleasent prarie!!!! but a new pair of pj's will be great for my SIL since that's what I always give her and they are free!!!! I'll be in line just for those before midnight....gotta make my dollar's stretch

I take a notebook with my gift list, print up the shopping list from here, and then my flyers. I mark after every store who I bought for and how much I spent. Keeps me on the budget, and I don't buy double gifts. Might try the binder this year though!!!

I used to shop in sumter and then off to florence This will be my first BF w/o my family to shop with since we are now in MS..... just thought I'd say hello to someone from my neck of the woods....can't wait to get back for christmas

I can't remember if it was last year, or the year before, but target had the notebook for 3.98 and I got two copies. What a great movie!!! I always stock up on movies for the kids and family on BF. Target and TRU usually have really great deals on the one's I'm looking for. I go every year too!!! Last year I decided to "scope out" the BF sales, and maybe hide a few things !!!! But as I walked around, I noticed they had only a few items of what I wanted, so I went to the service desk and read the policy about price adjustment (that was clearly stated & hanging above the counter) and double checked with the manager....so I filled my shopping cart up with the items I wanted from the BF ad, checked out, and went back first thing the next morning, got my adjustment and went on to my next stop!!! What a piece of cake....I hope the one where I just moved will do it too.....

Well, I'm not really sure....I live in Diamondhead MS now, and I guess I'll either go to Gulfport MS or Slidell LA ?!?!? If any one shops or has shopped there on BF let me know how it is.....

As a mom of 4 little ones, they always have something cheaper than anyone else my kids want, and they price match any "local" ad, so it saved me some time to go there, before heading out of town with "the girls" to shop!! This year though, we have moved (from SC to MS) and I don't know anywhere to shop here, or have anyone to go with, so I was thinking about hitting WM.....but with this crap again this year, I don't know....might have to do some googling to find me some other stores that are close to shop at.....

A friend of mine did the plastic ornament balls for a couple of bucks at walmart. She then put something on each one with the date. Like some where for her dd's class and she put the school intials and the year. then she put them in a party favor bag with some of that shreded paper in the bottom and tied with curly ribbon. They turned out really cute. I have also bought a box of hot coco, candy canes, hershey kisses and some large marshmellows and taken them and put them in a baggie and tied the candy cane on and put a "recipe" for chocolate snowman soup on it. (Can't remember exactly how it went but something like add 3 lg. marshmellows, kisses, coco to hot water and stir with candy cane and watch him melt!!) That is done really cheap too, like 50 of them for less than $8. I think what you are doing is great. I'm glad to see that you are also thinking about your employess "home" and being able to travel with their presents. I know it will be a great party and everyone will enjoy it. It is always the thought that counts.

I noticed the same thing at our local wal-mart last night. I went in to pick up a few things and they had raised the prices on several things. Alot of stores do this right before christmas. It SUCKS!! I wanted to get something from TRU and it was 20 more than it was 2 weeks ago.....

I spent around $1000, but that is my main buying day. I got 16 of the 24 presents I had to get (family) and bought for my 4 kids. I am done with the oldest 2, but now have to get a few more things for my toddler and baby. I still have some odds and ends left too like stocking stuff and candy, but all in all I am done!! I have spent as little as $200 on BF before, but it just depends every year how much of a budget I have. Last year I got a credit card with a $2000 limit and I spent almost all of that on BF and saturday.

I went on tday and got a few things I wanted that were on sale and then started looking at where some of the stuff on sale for bf was. I decided to check with customer service on the price adjustment policy. It is posted above customer service and does not say no one day sales. anyway she told me no, they didn't do it on those sales, so i asked her to call the manager and the manager said yes they would. SO i went and picked up a few things and was suprised to see that they only had a few of some items i wanted (wagon w/blocks, pet shop carry case, music set) they only had about five of those items. I got them and then picked out some clothes for my kids and checked out. BF morning around 630 I went in and they adjusted my purchases and had no problem getting my money back. They even had something that was on sale I had gotten cheaper the day before so she said to just leave it. They didn't like doing it but they did. I saved like $200 thier this weekend!! I don't shop thier alot b/c thier prices seem higher on alot of stuff. Oh well, off to shop some more today.............hope everyone got thier stuff as easy as I did

I would contact corp. too. I had a similar problem too. I wanted to get into electronics to get a pen set for my son's ninDS b/c they are hard to find (we have a ninDSlite too and the pens don't fit the older one) and the guy was standing at the entrance of elec. dept. and told me that I had to wait in line to look. JUST TO LOOK!!! I told him what I wanted and he said I still had to wait. He put his arm in front of my nose and said I had to go in line or get out! They had the line snaking in and out of every isle in thier. I was gonna wait, but my sis-in-law was in that line for 2 hours to get a set of games. I decided to just leave, b/c I had a couple of other stops to make. That made me so mad. It was awfull this year, and our store doesn't ever have enough buggies, even on a reg. day. I had to carry around my stuff for an hour (dora block set, handiworkshop, eeyore, food set, sleeping bag and a treehouse thing) and finally went to the front door and another lady was going to find a buggy so I told her I would watch her stuff if she would get me one too. She did and was so nice. But what made me mad is I saw several employess walking around, doing nothing and no one offered to help me. I kept dropping stuff and was almost in tears at one point. Next year I will try to get my stuff early and get a price adjustment later instead of dealing with all that mess.

Last year I got in line around 415 to get the digital camera bundle. I was only like 12th in line and they had alot of them. It was also the line for several other things too. Then at like 5 mins till they were gonna hand them out some people went down another isle and started another line. Needless to say there were some angry people yelling and screaming at each other and a manager was called in and even after an accociate told her that we were the correct line she still let both lines shop (at the two registers) I was gonna be really mad if I didn't get the camera, but I ended up getting the last one. I told them they sucked, and I complained to corporate the next day, but I never heard anything else on it. I hope I don't have that problem this year or I will show my butt and my husband will have to drag the kids out of bed and get me out of jail :2banned2:

Yeah, i saw that too. I was wondering if it would be on the shopping list, but I checked and it is, so have added the blocks and the doll my munchkins wanted.....

I noticed the scan is missing a page? I think it is page 4 it has some toys for $10. I got my ad today in the mail.....not impressed, but I have 4 little ones and there are a few things I'm gonna go and get unfortunatly.........
