Gamefly has it for $38. But that is the members price. I dont' know how old your son is... but I wouldn't buy the game for even a teenager as this one is ALOT different than the previous GTA games. Cursing is worse in this game than the last. F--- is said every 5 minutes. I know I posted this once but I'm really disappointed in the game.

I suggest that you do what Ross said. I had the same situation come up and I sent the original to OfficeMax copy to Western Digitial. I got confirmation from Office Max that they were sending the rebate. Nothing from Western Digitial. From the rebate print outs it was hard to tell what to do on the copy vs original.

got an email today saying they wouldn't ship until 1/1/2004. I think I'm just going to cancel my order. I don't even know if the rebate will still be valid.

thanks ross. I don't much like going into the Toys R Us stores LOL Makes me nervous. I think this is a pretty good price at amazon. They are sellign on ebay for $50-$60

I've got all 3 consoles too. Gamecube does seem to be more for the children. Mario, Zelda, etc. That is the main reason I got it was for that. He could grow into the PS2 and XBox systems.

I don't like Home Depot at all. I've found Lowes to be more helpful and they will negoiate on prices.

I've got a drum set I need to sell. Peavey international series II. Thought I take lessons but have never got around to it. A good drum set was always something I wanted as a kid... got it when I am adult and now don't have time for it.

Thought it would be good for drivers, spyware programs, etc. And given that its 1gb is just perfect for those customers that have not compressed the data in their QuickBooks file for several years :) Appears that it is backordered

Wow didn't know that! It has no annual fee at all. I was going to leave it open just not use it if I was doing a transfer. Glad I didn't. I should've asked him what they were showing was due on the other credit card.

well good news!! I called Wachovia to find out what was happening. After being transferred 3 times I got the interest lowered. Apparently they have a auto system that goes out and checks the credit report every September. But this auto system looked at my credit report and reported a wrong amount due on my other credit card. Made it look like I owed alot. Which I don't I always keep it paid off. So the person I talked to said they could tell I was a excellent customer, been with them since 98, and always pay on time. He apologized for the mistake and immediately changed it back to what it was. Yaay!!! I'm glad I called. He said to always look at the inserts in the cc stmts. I'm glad I did.

No it wasn't. Like I said I've had the same card for 10 years. Its been between 7% to 9%. I believe when I first got it the interest was around 12% because that was my first card.

That's what I can't understand is why they have raised it so much. I was carrying a much larger balance before I sold my car to pay it down. Just wonder if they think they won't get as much interest now that the balance is lower. I've had the card with them for 10 years. My first credit card and the interest has never never been this high. I've missed one maybe two payments in all that time. Pretty crappy that they would do this to me after being so good on my payments. I'm looking into Capital One or getting a cc at my dad's credit union. My parents have offered to pay it off and me pay them back. But don't feel like its their place to do it.
