  1. Phew. I thought they banned me for being on their too much or something!
  2. Well, that's what I was wondering. Circuit City is 30 days, so I just used that as an example. I have something that's less than a week old that just dropped $23 and want to know if I can get a price adjustment.
  3. I'm wondering if the price goes down on something, and you bought it within 30 days or whatever, do they credit you back the difference if you go back to the store?
  4. I was able to buy this exact kit for my husband for $9.99 in store. They had a huge display of them. My husband is tickled pink, he says it's a fantastic kit.
  5. No kidding! I'd rather get on all fours and nay for free than pay that for a toy!
  6. This is a great deal, but the site is totally getting me mad because every single freakin' thing I click on says "This Item Is Not Available." Why can't they just take it off the site when it's no longer available??? Ackkk!!!
  7. I got an email with the Gap, Banana Republic, and Old Navy for a "friends and family" thing starting today, and of course I can't find it so I dont' know what the codes are...did anyone get them?
  8. I have a Lowe's coupon for $10 off $25 and there's a wet/dry vac I want from the Depot. Anyone know if they accept competitor coupons?
  9. CC will have the TV for $1099???
  10. It looks like this TV will be $999 on BF at Best Buy: http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=pcmcat104300050017&ref=39&loc=01&ref=39&loc=01&type=category
  11. So they're saying if you bring in a local merchant flyer showing $1299, they'll price adjust? If so, I can try and dig up my Comp USA flyer and send it to you. I hate to see people get screwed.
  12. Any purchase over $1000 that I plan on keeping for at least 5 years kind of forces my hand on the service plan. I will be honest and say that Consumer Reports says not to do it, and it's just how they suck you in, since all products have at least a year's manufacturer's warranty. What bugs me is with the manufacturer warranty, you're responsible for shipping it. This is a 42" TV. I'd much rather pay the $300 up front and know someone will come to my house whenever I need them to.
  13. How much did Sears charge you? If it's over $1299, then just bring this week's CompUSA ad and your receipt to Sears, I think Sears does price adjustments after purchases, don't they?
  14. Oh, you don't have to bring the whole thing back. Just bring in an ad showing the lower price and your receipt. All I did was bring the Comp USA ad and my receipt in and I got the $198 credit.
  15. So you did buy it??? :)
  16. Hmm. I used it yesterday and it worked. Did you try all caps or all lowercase or a combo of the two?
  17. Check this out...I wish I had seen it before, you can't use it on prior purchases: http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?sduid=157895&t=367999&highlight=geico
