I am so kicking myself right now! I had NO idea Bestbuys BF items were going to be available today! I have been up since 4:00 a.m, getting ready to go camp out. I did not check the site until about 30 minutes ago. I was able to put the netbook, Sony Viao with Blu Ray, all my Wii games, and the Toshiba In my cart. Then my RZPS card would not go through, so it was charging me like $150 plus for shipping (cause I had some pcs too). So buy the time I got through to RZPS I started noticing items vanishing from my cart! POOF....my netbook and lappys were all sold out. GAH! I wish I would have read the ad closer and realized that there would ba a Thanksgiving ad AND BF items online today. Poo.. Oh well, I was still going to camp out for the HP but now its will be for the HP, the Sony Viao, the Toshiba, the netbook, AND the free gift card. Oh..and BTW....HaPpY ThAnKsGiViNg!

LOL! I am currently on my DV6000 "craptop" that I got from BB a few years back and I have no complaints. The battery still lasts as long as it did when I first bought it and I work on it everyday...5 days a week. In fact I am thinking about giving it to my son because it plays Real Arcade better then his PC. Then I got the HP Pavillion DV4-1114nr last BF at Best Buy and I love it! I have no complaints about HP. *Knocks On Wood*

I personally feel if me and my whole household puts the time in to fight rain, sleet, snow, cold, and/or lack of sleep, they should be entitled to a ticket. I want to go, my hubby wants to go, and my son and if I have the money to pay for all my items then we should be able to get it. One per customer makes more sense to me then one per household. It could be a gift for whoever or myself, that should not matter. Take your daughter and I hope you two all get evrything you want. Just don't let her get lost in the crowd.

I feel the same way. I have not been to Wal-Mart in YEARS! I really REALLY want that $49 scooter for my daughter (and one for my son in red if it not too girly). I also wouldn't mind the 19" TV for $128. I hope some items will be available online with cheap shipping.

You do know that is not a laptop right? It is a netbook. It's smaller than a laptop and has no cd/dvd drive. It's on the top of page 36 in the BB scan if you are still loooking for it. Just an FYI...

Best Buy's system is still better. IMO. The ticket and map system is awesome. Plus, I'll take dealing with scalpers over the Walmart atmosphere any day. For Walmart you have to basically pick which item you want the most unless you have friends? At least at Best Buy all I have to do is show up early (I am a BF camper so np for me) and I am promised to get all the big ticket items on my list. If I want a TV PC and Laptop, I'll have my tickets for all those items when I go to Best Buy. Not having to worry about jumping from one line to another in hopes of getting the other items is a huge plus. FYI..our store will boot scalpers out the line and redistribute the tickets.

..... Actually get some sleep the night before! I am usually all amp'd up and stuck in front of Best Buy so I end up not sleeping any. So when I leave Best Buy that BF morning I go home and crash for the rest of the day. I miss all the other sales every year!

OH man...where to start! Well last year was a hoot! All and all we had a good experience at our local Best Buy. Me and hubby were 1st and 2nd and had our tent all set up by the time the cold rolled in on that Thanksgiving Night. Knock...Knock...Who's There?? Everything was going fine. All us first liners were joking and laughing around passing the time. Then at about 9:00 p.m the local news station stops by and start to set up. Me and hubby bolt for the tent. We stayed in a not-so-nice part of town, so we did not want our neighbors to know that we were not gonna be home for the entire night. So...of course..who's tent do they stop at first! The news lady knocks and states news station name....we act like we are sleep. She knocks again and sings heeelllooo.....we still dont answer. Guess she thought third time would be the charm....it wasnt...we still dont answer. All of a sudden she yells out "FINE!"...and proceeds to go to the next tent. After the interviews were over she tells eveyone to have a good night and "acts" as she is leaving. BUT little did she know...our tent has zippered peep holes. So as she proceeded to walk away, we see her stop about 20 feet away and just stand there looking toward our tent. Then we heard her say "I know they are in there...the chickens". After about thirty minutes of cat and mouse she actually does leave but leaves her camera man behind. We STILL dont come out. He huffs and puffs then 15 minutes later makes a phone call. Finally.....he leaves...WE ARE FREEEEE!!! The next day when we saw her on the news we could not help but laugh wondering just how mad she really was at us.
